I came to tour apartments and Alexis did a fantastic job at touring and showing us everything. Not only did she show us everything but she didn't struggle at all answering questions about finances or money. She in fact answered with confidence and had a great attitude above all. I am currently dealing with being in a wheelchair and I am really happy to say that Alexis bent over backwards to help me be at ease being in their apartments with a wheelchair.

I moved out of here over a month ago. I called on three separate occasions to try and get my security deposit back. The first time there was no answer. The other two I was not connected with the person who handles security deposits nor could they direct me to them. I was promised both times that I would get my deposit back in a timely manner but I still haven't heard anything and that was weeks ago. We also had our bathroom ventilation fan broken for seven out of the 12 months we lived there. It is poorly managed and the turnover rate for the property managers is really high. I would not recommend.
