They're always ready to help and are genuinely invested in the well-being of everyone in the community. They're dedication and friendly attitude truly set this place apart. Maintenance Team: Dustin and Dave, our incredible maintenance team, deserve a special mention. They are not just great at what they do, but they are also super responsive. Every problem we've encountered has been swiftly and skillfully resolved, making our living experience here even more enjoyable. Amenities: The apartment complex boasts an impressive list of amenities, including a dog park, a hot tub, and proximity to the river. These features add an extra layer of comfort and entertainment to our daily lives. Cleanliness: I also appreciate the effort put into keeping the grounds clean and tidy. The meticulous maintenance extends to ensuring that pet waste and trash are promptly taken care of, which adds to the overall appeal of the property. The View on 20th apartments are on point! It’s a great location with a great view. I thoroughly enjoy relaxing in the hot tub which is always clean and well maintained…this can be said of the entire premises. I’ve lived in terrible complexes where there’s algae and mysterious organisms living in their hot tubs and pools, where maintenance requests are ignored for weeks on end. Here all of your issues will be addressed promptly and maintenance actually knows what they’re doing.

I recently just moved into The View on 20th and I could not be any happier. The location is perfect, there is plenty of places to go nearby. There are stores, restaurants and even the Ogden river passes next to it. I was very impressed with the management team, Lacy and Breanna. The moment I walked into the office I knew I was going be taken care of. Both Breanna and Lacy are very caring over the residents and make this place the best it can possibly be. I come into the office pretty frequently and I am always greeted with a smile. The maintenance team is very good at their job as well. The maintenance team, Dustin and Dave are incredibly responsive and take care of things in a timely manner, which I very much appreciate.

Decent apartment, but there is no bathtub for the one bedroom apartment, and the standing shower is also very small. I'm 5'3, 120lbs and It's small for me. The air conditioning is also very loud. I underestimated how loud it is, even after I read the other reviews. Other than that, I don't have much complain about the apartment. The living room is fairly sizeable, and the bedroom is big enough for a queen with plenty of space. The apartment also comes with a gorgeous view

I just had the best time living at The View on 20th. Seriously, it's awesome! First off, the location is prime. You're right in the middle of the city, so everything is super close. The apartments are stylish and have killer views. Plus, there's a gym and a pool to keep you entertained. But the best part? The management team is super chill and helpful. They really care about making your stay great. Honestly, "The View on 20th" is where it's at. If you want a cool place to live, this is it! Five stars all the way!
