We had a fantastic dinner for New Years Eve. Rich our server was friendly and personable and made great recommendations. The prime rib was cooked perfectly and red Snapper was divine. The presentation was beautiful. I'd highly recommend and would 100% come back!

I had a great time for dinner, and we had the salmon & steak dishes. I took a star off for service because we had reservations, but there was no hostess to greet us. A customer told us to seat ourselves while we waited at the hostess station. The ambiance is great with large windows in the dining area overlooking golf ⛳️ Kenny the bartender, is wonderful . Update we came back 1 week later. We had the Korean pulled pork sandwiches, and it was flavorful with coleslaw and sweet potato fries.This restaurant has a great atmosphere and its perfect for business lunch or romantic dinner . The unique cups and bowls are fabulous. The 🎶 was soothing in the dining area. Ryan, our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable; he gave his recommendation on dishes. We didn't have reservations today, so we seated ourselves and received immediate friendly service .

THIS WAS OUR SECOND VISIT & THE FOOD WAS WONDERFUL BOTH TIMES PAM WAS OUR SERVER TODAY & SHE WAS VERY SWEET & GREG THE CHEF IS 10000% ON FIRE I HAD THE VEGGIES & TOFO IT WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD ! Plenty to eat ! Hummus is great ! Food is fresh & atmosphere is delightful

Absolutely lovely renovation of the restaurant and facilities. Menu is diverse, nice specials, great happy hour options. This a great place to come to after a game of golf. Saw folks having cigars outside with drinks facing the course. I loved the happy hour fish tacos today. We will definitely come back!

Sat at the bar as a party of 7 at 4pm. Drinks were good..happy hour prices! I had chicken souvlaki gyro which although was delicious, certainly could have had more chicken.The serving of sweet potatoe fries was huge and nice and crunchy. The highlight was truly our waitress CJ. I have been to many, many restaurants and have never seen a waitress as exceptional as she is. She made all drinks for outside customers- running in and out to serve them, all drinks at bar and restaurant area. She was so efficient, pleasant and professional. She emptied the dishwasher, filled it, asked a busboy to please empty the garbage and bring more table linens , which I never noticed happened. She literally ran for the 3 hours we were there..with expertise in everything she did. This woman did the job of 4 and certainly could use some assistance...just saying!!!

One of my favorite places. I love every waiter there. They are friendly patient ;when we couldn't decide. Very professional.

Omg. I just died & went to heaven. This place is great for food & drinks with the BEST views. So it costs a bit more. Well worth it. LOVE it !! Watch ppl golf as u drink & eat. Watch the beauty of the waters & fish swimming up. Absolutely beautiful.

Had a great happy hour meal with a View (pun intended) while getting some remote-work done (free wifi) and enjoying the cool breeze (outdoor seating, covered lanai) right alongside the Colony West Golf Course ⛳ at "The View at Colony West" in Tamarac - Pine Island a half mile North of Commercial. I had been meaning to try this place since they opened after an extensive remodel of the entire golf club building. The property is beautiful. Everything is clean, new, immaculate. The bathrooms are spotless. Impressive from the moment you walk in. Brian, the new sales manager for the property (new in town from Michigan) approached and said hello and we shared a short but topic-plentiful small talk session. Full liquor bar was an added benefit, Bacardi Anejo and Coke did not disappoint. My server, Alannah, was spot on, making the experience pleasant and without frustration. Now, to the food! Calamari is a must-have. Perfectly cooked, not chewy at all, lightly but properly seasoned. Came with a remoulade style sauce on the side. I typically don't eat calamari with sauce, and these certainly didn't need any accoutrement - but the sauce was delish and worth trying. The star of the hour was the Tuna Tartare! An exquisite explosion of flavors in each bite, with the beautiful presentation and plating equally as impressive as the taste. Next, I tried the Smoked BBQ Pulled Brisket Sliders. Like it's name suggests, the toasted slider buns are stuffed with slow cooked and pulled beef brisket tossed in bbq sauce, and topped off with a crunchy slaw. The sauce was tasty and not overpowering. The brisket was cooked perfectly. The slaw was clearly house-made and seasoned well. They were good, but I would try something different, like the mahi tacos, on my next visit. Finished off the meal with a molten chocolate lava cake a la mode. The lava was less molten and more pudding, but the taste more than made up for the consistency. And the warmed cake paired with the cold vanilla bean ice cream is (and always was) a match made in foodie heaven. Overall, I think I found my new go-to office away from home. With impeccable service, and attention to detail that would make even Anthony Melchiorri proud, I'm happy to see a place like this open in the Tamarac area.
