This little gem is a welcome slice of authenticity amidst the mayhem of Fort Lauderdale. It is a quiet oasis in a charming neighborhood, seemingly far from, and yet close enough to, the madding crowd. Everything you want to see I fewer than 10 minutes away. The proprietors are attentive and friendly and take pride in keeping the property tidy and attractive. We love the mid century vibe. The rooms are immaculate and stylish. And it’s a good bargain in an expensive market. Good restaurants within walking distance and a great neighborhood for a morning or evening walk. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely and very comfortable place to stay. We had room 206 which was huge and overlooked the pool. We relaxed in the orchid courtyard under a canopy with ceiling fans just listening to a catbirds serenade for hours. It was spring break but very peaceful and quiet there. The bed in our room was comfortable and the shower was great. I have high standards for cleanliness and everything was spotless, including the restroom off the lobby. It was the hotel owners/staff that really made our stay. They were incredibly gracious and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

Just left from a lovely 4 night stay - 2 adults and a toddler in a double queen room. Really friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager. Reception open from 9am-6pm but there are room key lockers if you check in after hours and an emergency phone number if any issues. Breakfast items and snacks available to buy in the reception but we didn’t need to as grocery shops nearby and kitchenette well stocked to prepare food. The hotel has sister hotels by the beach but we chose this one as we liked the location - safe young feeling neighbourhood with plenty of great restaurants just a few minutes walk from the hotel (and a very nice ice cream shop). Plus free car parking here, unlike the city centre hotels. ||Great relaxed vibe in the hotel grounds with loads of places to sit/sunbathe. Heated pool and a jacuzzi (didn’t think I’d want to be on one in the Florida heat but it was actually very relaxing!). Pool towels provided. Lots of friendly lizards in the grounds and even spotted an iguana! Very few insects in the hotel room considering the lovely landscaping and plants. Laundry costs $1.50 and dryer costs $1. ||Clean room, nicely decorated. No suites with separate rooms for the kids but the room was very spacious. Effective quiet air con. Very well equipped kitchenette - washing up liquid/sponge/dish towel, drip coffee machine, toaster, all the crockery and cutlery you need, including sharp knife and corkscrew. Good sized fridge (no freezer compartment in our room). Table and chairs outside each room. Wi-Fi not brilliant but this may be as our room was away from the reception as I see previous reviews say the Wi-Fi was great. ||Info if you’re travelling with kids:|- The pool isn’t gated off but there are high up security latches on the hotel room doors to keep the kids inside|- No opening windows in rooms|- LOADS of toys and floats free to use by the pool|- No bath but a big shower and the shower floor isn’t slippy|- Second floor balcony has Perspex covering the gaps in the railings ||We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

This is an older style hotel conveniently located to Galleria Mall, the beach, supermarket and restaurants. There is a pool, but not a lot of hotel facilities and currently no restaurant, which is not important as there are several with just a few minutes walk. My room was spacious, well decorated and extremely clean. There was a safe and the modern air conditioning made no more noise than any other. There was a refrigerator and a microwave and the wifi was excellent. The staff are polite and friendly and I would definitely stay here again. There is free parking as opposed to nearby Gallery One who charge in the region of $50 a night.

We stayed here overnight to go on our cruise for the week the next day. Heard great reviews online and gave it a try.|We stayed on 02/16-02/17/24. We arrived late and they conveniently had a locker so I gave them a 2-star for this (I'm being nice about the rating). |We looked at the note on the counter and noticed that they don't serve breakfast. Disappointed because that was the reason why we booked this place. We wanted a small boutique hotel feel that offer breakfast for convenience. We paid a lot for the overnight stay. It wasn't even worth it after the next day looking at the hotel, a little outdated and it looked like moldy and bad paint job around the area.|Next day, we went into the lobby because we needed to "check-in". The guy behind the desk was a little rude, not so welcoming, kind of a bummer since reading online had good reviews. I should have looked at the negative comments to see if it was truly worth it. This place has a motel feel with no service. It would have been nice if they are friendlier. I would think twice before booking at this place.

Really great place. Large suites with good big beds and pullout. Rooms have microwave and fridge. Big hot tub. Best thing is the staff very helpful and accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected and they went above and beyond to get things ready early. Has a nice pool cabana while you wait, very kind for them to stock it with sun screen / aloe so you don’t need to dig thru your suitcases. Friendly and nice people

Good bpitique hotel. Close to great restaurants, great deal, friendly staff, easy after hours self check-in, clean room, pool looks good. Unfortunately it was raining so we didn't go into the pool, but looked very well kept. We felt safe and lots of things were walking distance. Would recommend.
