The Vicious Cycle - Fitness center in Medford - 679 Stokes Rd, USA

I started at the Vicious Cycle in October, and I'm SO GLAD I did. My body has been challenged in ways it has never been before, and there's such a variety of classes that my body and brain never get bored! With the plentiful instructors, you're sure to find a good fit; however, every instructor with whom I've taken classes has been inspiring and so knowledgeable in their own individual way. And this final point might seem minor, but I think it's so important - everything from the three fitness studios right down to the bathrooms is scrupulously clean. The Vicious Cycle is such a great value for everything they offer that you just can't go wrong. I am grateful that I've made Vicious a part of my fitness journey!

Vicious has THE best workouts led by skilled instructors. The vibe is more than community - the members feel like family. Jen

I have driven by Vicious so many times and was always tempted to join, but never did... Until this past summer when I signed up for the College Summer Membership and could not be more happy with the experience I have had! Mornings have become more enjoyable with this as a start to my day. My favorite classes are cycling on Mondays and Fridays with Meredith and a variety of Workout Classes on Tues, Wed & Thurs with Ray or Allison. I have found myself more determined and have even added more classes to my day, surprising myself with the strength and endurance I have built- all credited to Vicious! I am so sad to be moving at the end of this summer, but extremely thankful to have rediscovered my passion and competitive desire to improve myself through my time at The Vicious Cycle! If you are like me and were unsure if you should join, let this be your sign to take a Drop-In class or a full membership and commit to bettering yourself in a supportive environment :)

I can’t say enough about Vicious Cycle. - Many classes to choose from daily at a variety of times. - The place is spotless. - The owners are welcoming, friendly, go out of their way to accommodate requests, answer questions and they genuinely want to get to know their clients. - Their staff, namely Ray, are fabulous! They encourage and are always ready to help with an exercise modification or question. If you are looking to do some thing to better yourself and feel great, I strongly suggest giving Vicious a try.

Love Vicious! Great classes all around. I can balance my weekly workouts with cardio, strength and stretch. From spin to kickboxing to pilates, the instructors make the classes challenging while being attentive to personal injuries and correct form. The instructors also work out with you for motivation.

So glad to be back at Vicious! I took a break from the gym for a bit thinking I could work out out at home, but I sure was wrong. Now it is an even larger space and better than ever. Loving the strength classes with Ray and Allison.

Love this place!!! Feels like home and everyone is like one big family. Came here wanting to try spin for the first time and fell in love with it, ended up getting a membership, and now love every class that’s offered! Definitely worth every penny and you’ll always feel 10x better after leaving any class (:

Vicious Cycle has been a great experience and life changer for me. All of the instructors of classes that I have taken are knowledgeable, helpful, and motivating with a variety of classes to choose from. My husband noticed a difference in me after the first week, and now that it has been a few months, I can truly say joining this facility is the best thing I could have done for myself and my family. Vicious Cycle is a place where you can work out comfortably regardless of your level and you will be challenged! I'm happy to say I am getting stronger every day and approaching the best shape of my life, again! Thank you Vicious Cycle!!
