The Valencia - Hotel in Clearwater - 22950 US Hwy 19 N, USA

My family and I are so happy to be here! Vinny has been so helpful with our stay. The rooms are very nice and you have the option to have a kitchen which is awesome! For the price you can't beat it! Very quiet place and everyone keeps to themselves. Clean. Good environment. You also have the Mexican restaurant right next door! I promise you won't be disappointed. Best hotel we have ever had and we have lived in hotels for a few years now. Thank you Vinny!

I have only been here a month and I have to say that this is a decent place to live if you are trying to get on your feet. You cannot beat the price with all utilities included. It is very quiet and Vinny likes to keep it that way. Everyone seems friendly and will say hi to you, for the most part people stay to themselves and Vinny the manager has been very helpful and accommodating and I cannot thank him enough.

I tried booking Saturday he told me it was to late understood so I asked if I could come the next morning he said yes between 9-12 I got there at 10am just to find out they office were closed no one answered I called a million times just for them to answer well after I left with an attitude stating that they were not there he didn’t even acknowledge the fact I told him some one told me to come so I just asked would they be open the following day he told me yes 9am I woke up again 10am decided to call first this time just for him to answer with an attitude again stating that they are closed for Labor Day like what why didn’t you say this the very first time I called now I have to find somewhere last min is insane he always very dull and attitudey just missed out on 1350 gotta do better buddy

This motel was amazing Vinny and staff are amazing we enjoyed our stay here. Room was great the pool laundry on site walmart right across the street and a gas station on the other side fast food near by and a Mexican restaurant right next door. The fireworks so close by from the ball field on Saturday night was the icing on top of the cake.

Very convenient. Place to stay, they have efficiencies ranging from $400 all the way up to $1600 a month, depending on if you want a kitchen or not.The $1600 a month units have 2 quee n beds,full size kitchens, cabinet space cooking top everything you need. Everything has included that you even have a pool on-site laundry facilities. Animals are welcome, no pet deposits.

I have been here since mid November and have found this place to be a very nice place to live The location is very convenient, Vinnie our manager along with his staff are on the ball pleasant to deal with compassionate and fair. The rooms are great and the others that live here have become like family We have many families with children and the environment is conducive to providing a safe environment for our young people. I would highly recommend this property!

Me and my wife have been at the hotel about a year now. This is one of the best extended stays I have ever stayed at. The Manager Vincent since day one has always been great, anything we ask gets done, he's just makes the hotel feel like home. The staff are all great and very professional, they keep the rooms clean, the outside is clean. I have to say that if I was asked by anyone where to stay I would send them to The Valencia. The Manager has made us feel like we are part of a family. Which when you go to most hotel your just a guest that comes and goes not at The Valencia. Thank you, Darryl Barton and Tracey Kowalski

Myself and my family have been staying here for 2 months now and we love it. Vinny has been nothing but kind and respectful and always willing to accommodate our needs. Everyone here looks out for one another and he is so good about keeping this a safe and clean place for us all! Highly recommend!!
