Used this location to return an Amazon purchase. Super easy return process without a label. The lady who handled my return was super quick and friendly. I was literally in and out within minutes. Recommend this location as they were super efficient and also good location and even had enough time to get a smoothie next door. 😋

This location is the BEST! Devontae goes above and beyond everytime! The guys are so friendly and knowledgeable! They greet you with a genuine “how are you” They ship my Amazon stuff back and laminate things.. seriously anything I need! the store is clean and well maintained. Attitude reflects leadership so well done!

This store is ok if you just want to ship something but their advertisement for a Public Notary is a lie. I went there to get something notarized and they didn't have a notary on staff. On another visit I went to get a few pages printed off a flash drive. In 2024 they said they can't print from a flash drive because it will mess up their computer. Flash drives have been around over 20 years. I'd sooner believe they have the technology but the staff on the floor at the time wasn't competent from a flash drive.

Okay so my package was heavy(43lbs) doesn't mean you throw it onto the scale then drop if from counter height onto the floor. I am in this store 4 times a week 70% of the time the staff is courteous and helpful. If you don't like your job get another don' take it out on customer packages. Not cool at all.

Vernon is the man. As soon as I walked through the door he greeted me and made me laugh. I really enjoy being around people who have a positive attitude at work. He made the whole Amazon return process smooth and easy. I’ll drive out of my way to hit this UPS Store. I would take the negative reviews below with a grain of salt. Thank you, Vernon!

I am REALLY SORRY, I should have gotten the lady's name, she was an older African woman. She was polite and did her job SO EFFICIENTLY that I walked in and LITERALLY walked RIGHT back out only having to sit my package down and grab my "drop-off package receipt".

Vernon took awesome care of my kid and me today, even though I had no idea what I was doing and only a vague idea of what I needed. Even though I took a while and there was a line behind me, he reassured me and kept doing his job expertly. He is an asset to your store and your corporation would be foolish to ever let him leave. I’ve never had a bad experience. When you give respect you receive it. Clearly people don’t understand what shipping facilities go through. It is sad to see how impatient people are. Have your ducks in a row be prepared to wait if there’s a line. The UPS staff have multiple duties that the customer wouldn’t dare to understand. I appreciate your service.
