The UPS Store - Shipping and mailing service in Mill Creek - 914 164th St SE # B12, USA

Amazon badly mess up a delivery for a shower gift I wanted to pick up at Mill Creek UPS. After going to Portland, then Redmond, it wound up in Lynnwood. Amazon could not tell me WHERE the package was. But the guys at the Mill CREEK UPS quickly located it in Lynnwood and gave me the info to collect it there. They are always courteous and helpful at that store no.matter how busy. 5 stars for UPS 0 stars for Amazon.

BAD Customer Service. If you get there seconds after closing hours they will not let you in, even if it’s for a package drop off. Very insensitive and unkind. Tomas was the employee.I explained that I got there before closing but was getting the label from my phone before trying to open the door. Staff at Trasher’s Corner UPS provide much better customer service.

Been coming here for years and now we wont. Worst customer service by Eddie. His poor attitude was evident from hello. When I asked for a 2nd piece of tape on Amazon pkg he sighs and says 2 bucks per the owner. So you nickle and dime your customers to pay for your remodel??? I’ll gladly go elsewhere so should you.

Saturday hours show 9 am opening, arrived today at 9:05 & was informed by employee that the other employee had the key needed to fully open the premise & it would be 5 minutes. 20 minutes later the other employee was not there yet. I left because I couldn't wait any longer. This location is closest to me, but I will drive to Woodinville or Snohomish after this failure. This store's key holders clearly do not have the basic attention to detail to be responsible enough to open the store on time with the keys

Went on a Sunday to mail something urgent this dweeb Asian kid who probably didn't want to be there, sent my mail thru USPS without not even notifying me, If I wanted to mail something thru USPS I would go to USPS, long story short the time sensitive documents that needs to be sent out asap is 4 days late and counting. because they got unqualified people working there. UPS corporate should look into this and learn how to train their staff, cause they are useless

I had a very WEIRD and disappointing/ frightening encounter with the store employee at this store location. I am still baffled and feeling a little worried as I write this review. I paid in full & dropped off a package for two day shipping (early afternoon) with the employee. I got a CALL from the store at 6.36pm (same employee) that the "UPS DRIVER" forgot to pick up the package and it will arrive a day late. I requested, since its not my mistake can the package be upgraded to one day shipping. I got a very blunt answer " YOU will have to PAY more". I requested to pick up the package & employee said "store closed at 6.30pm & I won't wait for YOU". I decided to check the store for any other employee and the same employee was there, saw me and looked very agitated, signaled me to wait, walked out & gave the package with a void receipt and YELLED " GO AWAY". Then the employee went inside & stood behind the metal mesh door looking at me & CONTINUED YELLING in RAGE/ ANGER for sometime. It was a bit frightening and I rushed to my car. It felt very personal. I am worried about this encounter. I am glad to have my package back but I am creeped out by the incident.

There was a long line at 9am in the morning, but the attendant behind the counter was quick, precise and very nice. 10 minute wait wasn't bad at all.

I dropped off a large awkward Amazon return. First time with such a large return box and first time visiting this location. I experienced fast and excellent service.
