TOTALLY SUCKS!!! The whole store is staged and feels super CHEAP and should be more organized by PRODUCT and isles from front to back. Yesterday was my first time there at the Hammond, Louisiana store and when I walked in and asked one of the two ladies at the front counter where are the dog Halloween costumes are located, well, the one I asked was stopped short and interrupted by the other lady who was sharp and RUDE telling me in the left back corner of the store. The 1st lady was shushed like a child, had an embarrassing look on her face. Regardless, the o matter where I walked "ALL OVER" the left back side of the large store/building....there were ZERO dog costumes. Finally, I see a dermatologist other store employee that witnessed me asking the other lady in front of store where the dog Halloween costumes were and she was also rude with a frustrated look on her face too and told me it's a few isles over. I told her, "No, there are zero dog costumes anywhere on the whole left side of store because I keep walking up and down each isle and there are none so can you please help me find them?" This lady walked each isle whil I followed looking and again there were zero to be found. Finally, the employee walks towards the middle and other side of store of the back wall and we find just 6-7 Halloween costumes that were plain and only for male dogs, none for a female dog at all. They were so out dated and the lady said that these were very old and that they are not the ones who does the ordering and they have no control over what is sent to their location. I thanked her for her help but she acted so mad and frustrated like i was bothering her. They all acted like I WAS BOTHERING THEM and none of thempolite, courteous or welcoming at all. ,This was my first time and definitely my last and it was a very disappointing experience and not an updated product store and boring. YOU should feel excited, curious and welcomed when shopping at any store, especially a PARTY SUPPLY store. ((( WHERE'S ALL THE FUN? ))) SMILE ladies and be welcoming. KINDNESS costs you and nothing and find your happiness. HAPPY HALLOWEEN to y'all!!!

Booked a party for my grandson and was pleased with the service and quality. The venue was easy to locate right off the main strip in Denham Springs in shopping center. Parking was a bit tricky though because of packed parking lot. The party room was laid out nicely with picnic style table seating and additional benches along the walls. There was also a fridge available to store ice cream or other perishable items like fruit trays. The party had it's on coordinator who handled all the serving. As guests arrived he gave them a band, waiver, and socks, which was great because you didn't have to stop at the busy front desk when you arrive. The pizza was fresh and adequate. There were many activities for kids and adults: trampoline, dodgeball, basketball, interactive ballpit, flying trapeze, zipline-type ride, mega slide, and battle pit. Plus, there's an arcade. There's also ample snack food to purchase.

Great selection of costumes and items but super disappointed about the return/exchange policy. We bought costumes today and I asked in store to try it on. I was told no, I could not try it on in store. I was not told by that store associate I couldn’t return or exchange. When I checked out, again I was not told I couldn’t return or exchange. I get home and try it on and it’s too big. I call to ask to exchange it and I’m told absolutely not. So I can’t try it on in store…but if it’s too big I can’t exchange it. And the only place that’s stated is on the receipt AFTER you purchase it….make this make sense for me please. Unacceptable. Do not purchase costumes here unless you’re psychic and know it’s going to fit perfectly! You will be stuck with a $60 costume that doesn’t fit!

I like this store they even had Halloween 🎃 out!!!

Manager was rude and verbally judged my friends costume choice so we went elsewhere.

This location would not sell and blow up a few balloons for me b/c I they were five minutes from closing. There was customers still shopping and had four employees behind the counter. Blowing up balloons takes no time.

The store was crowded, but the staff was polite and helpful. Good selection of party-related items. I was looking for a cowgirl costume for my child and only found a portion of the outfit. That's the only be reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5.
