Ragan, Joe, and Patrick have been amazing! I'm delighted with the positive changes brought by the new property management team. They are incredibly friendly, responsive, and have gone above and beyond to assist. Compared to previous management, they are the friendliest since the apartment was built. They've been quick to resolve resident concerns, and have truly been working hard to make this apartment enjoyable again. From contemplating a move, they've convinced me to happily renew my lease. I appreciate their dedication to making living here a positive experience.
I would gladly recommend The Travis. When I first arrived I was embraced with a niceness and warmth from Ragen. Not only did she give me the hope that I needed to just go for it and find that perfect home but she was with me from the beginning and through the entire process all the way to getting my keys. Her joyful and winning personality (she is AWESOME) is a winner for the Travis. I am thankful to have met her. The apartment is an added bonus which is also beautiful and modern. Thank you again and I am glad to have joined this new community.
I just recently moved to The Travis and my experience has been amazing so far! Ragen in the leasing office was such a sweetheart and made the move such a breeze walking me through it all. I really appreciated that as I’m newer to apartment living. Also, the maintenance here has been so timely and efficient! Joseph was able to fix my broken bathroom drawers within minutes and it was one less thing I had to worry about. He is so kind and has such a great work ethic so I trust I’m getting my things fixed properly. Overall, I’m loving my experience here and the people that are making it a welcoming atmosphere. :)
We have lived at the Travis for 18 months, and our experience has been enjoyable. All of the amenities make living here very comfortable. I need to mention the incredible folks at the leasing office who have always been very warm and helpful. Especially Ragen Broom who goes above and beyond to make sure the residents' concerns are addressed in a proper and timely manner. Ragen always makes it a pleasant experience amidst the busy schedule. Thank you!
Ragen is such a sweetheart! Highly professional, yet personable and so much so that she makes you feel like you already live there. She gave me a tour of one of the units and I was highly impressed with how she highlighted key details about the unit that any apartment hunter would potentially love in an apartment. I appreciate my time with her today as well as the tour she gave me and I hope to be seeing her again soon! :)
I would highly recommend “The Travis “ as your new home. I have had a pleasant experience with my leasing agent Brenda Mason. Brenda made my process a breeze! Helping me to chose my unit , she was very honest and detailed. She always greeted me with a smile. Very friendly and helpful. The tour was amazing. Pricing was great!! I am super excited!!!!

I love my community! The new property management and the old were pretty cool as well. Ragen is so sweet! She will always be there to assist and if she doesn’t know she makes notes and will find out! She is eager to help and smiling while doing so, I love that she is down to earth. Patrick and Makayla are so kind! THAT IS NOT a thing naw a day and I love that they are there for us!
