I was here for a company holiday party. Valet, front desk, and servers were the kindest. Super professional. Diego in valet is always awesome! I’ve spoken to him on two seperate occasions, and he has always been informative while answering my questions. The food is amazing at Il Cervo. The hotel is beautiful! I will definitely be back in the future.

I was recently at The Trade for an event and I can't stress enough how GREAT the valet staff were!! Huge shout-out to Gabe, Quinton, Yahir and Diego!! They were pleasant, professional and courteous. Being that they were the first people we saw our first impression of the hotel was great!

We stayed at the Trade Hotel in Milwaukee for our company Christmas Party that was being held at a different venue. The entire experience went downhill from the start, with valet parking. ||They have no organization when it comes to a high volume of people pulling up to check in and thus it caused an unidentified couple to have "fender bender" after that couple followed direction of the valet attendant and was asked to pull forward and off to the right. Upon direction of the valet attendant, that couple's car was hit by another couple trying to pull into valet in their fancy BMW. Both drivers hopped out of their vehicles, both visibly upset by what had just happened and unfortunately engaged in an exchange of words. When it was all said and done, the hotel checked in both couples (not related to one another) and we thought that was the end of the incident. However, the Trade Hotel management decided to have the first couple removed from the property after allowing them to check in and giving them their room keys. As a bystander, the entire situation was unfortunate and could have been prevented with the proper valet direction. Instead, the valet's lack of leadership caused two different couples to get in an accident, which essentially led to the one couple being escorted out of the hotel and told they were not allowed to come back.||||It was utterly and completely handled with a HUGE lack of professionalism. Not only that, but we overheard the hotel would not be refunding that couple for their overnight say which never occurred because they were escorted out and their car returned to them by the valet parking person. ||||My take on the situation, The Trade Hotel owes that poor couple their money back for their room and any other charges they may have been tacked on. ||||I couldn't imagine being escorted out, told I'm not allowed back and being embarrassed in front of crowds of guests within the main lobby of the hotel. If I were that couple, I'd have retained legal representation and discussed my options for punitive damages.

I have stayed here several times and will continue to return! Everything from valet ( Ben is the best!!) to front desk to staff in the restaurants and beyond are fabulous. It is a beautiful hotel with wonderful restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, clean with great decor. Highly recommend

Z and JJ were phenomenal. Quick valet service and Z went the extra mile helping navigate the mobile pay option for valet. Overall our experience was great at the Trade. Dinner service was excellent. Staff was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous.

The crew at the front is obviously my first experience. And they were amazing. |Montey JJ. Diego Gabe Yang Quintin Sala Kyndall and last buy not least my Z. |Montey is the one person you need in life and he’s truly a person that what’s to help. I feel if we all had a little Montey in life we would be doing great.

Stayed here for 4 days and really wanted to leave a better review, but there were some disappointing aspects to staying here, namely the room service. We went our first two days without a visit from room service and had run out of coffee, cups, and towels. We had to call for service and were asked how long our stay would be. Not sure that matters at the point of running out of basic items that I can usually get from the front desk at the most basic of hotels. Upon our visit from room service, we were given 4 decaf coffee pods and no cups. When I requested cups from the person who delivered them, it was clear that I was somehow being a bother. Again, at the most basic of hotels, if I request coffee I am usually given cups and lids. The lids were nonexistent after we used the first two upon arrival. The rooms and location are great. The hotel is clean and the front desk staff was nice, but the services certainly need to be delivered more efficiently and effectively.

This hotel is a must when staying in the Milwaukee area. Located directly across the street from Fiserv, walk to and from Bucks games in minutes. Three restaurants on property make it easy to grab a bite to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Also, they give you a coin at check in that can be used from 5-6pm for a free beer or root beer at Craft which is located on the first floor. The rooms are well laid out and very modern in design. Bathroom is very clean with a beautiful marble flooring. We will definitely be staying here again.
