The Tipsy Toboggan - American restaurant in Fall River - 75 Ferry St, USA

My wife and I reserved an igloo. A lot of fun and we had a great time. They really did a great job creating a wonderful atmosphere. They have a nice menu with many unique items. We shared an egg roll appetizer, which is their take on a Thanksgiving Sandwich. Our steak tips and pot roast risotto main dishes were very good. We finished our night with a s'more sundae, also excellent and more than enough for two people. Service was fantastic, attentive, fast, but not rushed. We will be going back soon.

We ate outside in one of the igloos - part of the Winter Garden Experience. The atmosphere was incredible! Admittedly, we were a little cold. There's a little fireplace in there but I think it needs an overhead heating lamp like in the smaller cabins. They provided blankets though, that was nice. Food, drink, and service were excellent too. Apparently they just redid their menu; not just bar food and everything we ordered was very good.

My wife and I came for my birthday dinner last week. We sat in one of the outside igloos. It was very nicely decorated outside and we had plenty of room in our igloo. They had a little overhead heater that kept the temp just right with our jackets on. Place was busy for a weekday evening but our server was great. All the food was awesome. Started with the buffalo chicken dip and chowder. And for our mains I got the pot roast risotto and wife had the steak tips. Both meals were excellent. Only thing I would change is not having the buffalo dip in a bread bowl wasn’t needed imo and took away from the dip. Excellent experience we will be back again.

Looking for a local restaurant. I found this place near battleship cove. Love the small back roads to get there. I sat at the bar and the bartender was friendly. The menu and beer selection has changed for the fall season. I had the pot roast risotto which was delicious. Bartender recommended it!

We came here for the first time and were confused how it has such good ratings. The calamari was delicious, after we waited 4 minutes for plates to be brought out after it was put on the table. We ordered our entrees and she came back after we finished the app to apologize, she forgot what we had ordered and couldnt put it in yet. The harvest salmon was bland and underseasoned and it didn't have the hot honey on it. The stuffed cod was bizzare, I understand a seasonal vegetable but to put sweet cinnamony butternut squash(?) Under a chorizo stuffing filled cod with a demi was so weird. Why wouldn't it be served on the side? Our waitress didn't check back until we were half done, she had already been inattentive so we just ate it as is. She made comments about her shift ending so we felt rushed and unwelcome. Another server came in towards the end and asked how it was when we got the bill. Another woman, maybe a manager I'm not sure, came by and offered to pay us out and we were thankful as we had been waiting already but the new server stopped her and we proceeded to keep waiting. We could hear her bring a check to another table then say, "oh are you still waiting on your dessert? Oh it's coming right out". She came to us after and rung us up on a tablet and told us the tip suggestions on the screen. It was really forward and awkward. She made small talk with us and was actually quite pleasant, we might have had a better experience if she was our server from the start, but the food was still bizzare.

It’s always nice finding those great place. Here in the shadows of the bridge in Fall River my wife and I had a great time with great food that did not disappoint.

Very unique atmosphere. Loved chatting with some of the employees and learning about the history of the building!

This place went above and beyond my expectations with the Christmas decorations. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL!!! Our waitress Emma was very attentive.
