The Tides Signature RV Resort - RV park in Palmetto - 6310 Bayshore Rd, USA

My wife and I moved here in June and we are annual residents and we had high hopes about this facility. It exudes the appearance of being a nice high end community but it is not. Security is less than desirable and many of the lots look like Jed Clampett just moved in. Too much STUFF on the lots, work trailers stored on the lots and Gazebos everywhere! I give this park another 2 years or so and it will look and be like Clampittville! I am very disappointed with Managements slow or no management on certain issues. Junky and loud behavior should not be tolerated! Not so at this park. It is deceiving here so beware of this park. Beauty is only skin deep here and ugly will eventually go all the way to the bone!!!!

From Rick at the front gate to the front office staff they all made you feel welcome. The resort is very well maintained and many activities to enjoy. We met so many amazing people and developed friendships that will last a lifetime. We will definitely be back next year.

Beautiful, clean and well maintained resort. There’s two pools and one is adults only. Yes facilities are clean and well maintained. There are many spaces for relaxing and socializing. The sites are very large, very level and have pavers. Full hookups worked well. Some sites have unobstructed water views. Pets are welcome. I look forward to returning to this RV resort.

This RV Resort is the epitome of excellence ! From the minute we entered the Gate, we were treated like Family. From the Grand Clubhouse and lap swimming pool to the paver, oversize lots, beautiful landscaping thru out this resort. The best thing was the many, many activities this place offers, multiple exercise /dance classes, Kayaking groups, live entertainment, crafting classes, Texas Hold Em', Billiard Tournaments and much more! | If you are looking for an upscale RV Resort, The Tides is the place for you !

My wife and I just spent a month at The Tides RV Resort and absolutely loved our time there. Already booked 3 months for next year. Beautiful property. Extremely well maintained and clean. Awesome staff and amenities with great activities going on daily.

We are annuals. We thought we found the perfect slice of heaven after our exit from Texas. For the most part, we love it here. The ladies in the office and maintenance staff ROCK! The manager, Ken, not so much. There are always issues at the pools and dog parks. Signage could circumvent some of this. It’s been discussed. However, the discussions end in lies, the signs have been ordered for a year, the problems still exist. Visitors have carte blanc at breaking the rules, because they pay a premium and the Tides needs it. Don’t pick up you dog mess, no problem, kids at the pool after hours, no problem. Report it? Are you kidding? Tell them an exact time and they’ll review the non- monitored cameras to see if you’re correct. More and more negative reviews are showing up. We encourage people to voice their concerns. We live here. We don’t appreciate the guests that are so entitled that they don’t take care of their own business. The maintenance team are phenomenal, but shouldn’t have to clean up people’s messes. They have pride and lives too. I point the blame to one desk. The issues will always be answered with what you want to hear, but the actions are nil. Decide for yourself. If people check in, they should read the rules, sign a copy, and have it held in their file. NOBODY is held accountable until it’s an issue. These are daily conversations among the people here and they either don’t want to waste the time it takes ( which I’m sure that’s the hope) to fix it it, or the time here is to short to give a damn. They did manage to fill the lake. Good job.

The RV park is beautiful! Nice large lots, well kept grounds. The 2 pools & spas are very nice! Lots of activities and fun. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food trucks nice addition and entertainment by the pool!! Absolutely love it here!

I was there for three days to do business in Tampa. I was in site 249. First night resident close to me in a gazebo at night was playing music and talking loud enough to be heard from three sites away. I had to go over and ask for the music to be turned down. This person stayed in the gazebo and didn't have the decency to come out. Went to the front office next morning and reported the incident and manager told me he will drive by the site????? Third night talking loud started around 10PM and continued. Again disturbing us. The stay at this Zeman resort and Tides management was nothing short of noisy and disappointing. If you factor in your huge cost per day, your comfort, the closeness of the sites, ONE STAR RATING is all this resort is for me. Also many of the sites quest overload their sites with everything and anything. They start to look very trashy.
