The Terry Guesthouse - Guest house in Longmont - 311 Terry St, USA

I got married almost three weeks ago (on August 3, 2024) and had the pleasure of hosting our small, intimate ceremony and reception here. We were able to stay on the property for four days and three nights, and there were enough rooms for 12 people (which included the entire bridal party). The house is absolutely beautiful (and clean) and was an amazing space that fit our vision. Mark & Annie were wonderful to work with and I appreciate their help greatly. Overall, the weekend was wonderful and myself, my (new) husband and our bridal party had a blast. I would definitely recommend. For reference, we had around 65 guests in total. We also had 8 round tables and 60 chairs provided by the property (which allowed us to splurge on other items - rather than renting those all). We were also able to walk downtown and that allowed everyone to explore Longmont. We all felt very safe and had a blast decorating the space (though it didn't need much!)

Beautiful, spacious and well appointed home. Our daughter got married in Longmont and we held the rehearsal dinner for 50 people in the backyard of The Terry Guesthouse. It was the perfect setting for the event. Backyard is spacious and tables and chairs were available for us to set up for the dinner. Mark the owner was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. We loved the house and all the charm it held.

Wonderful place for a celebration! We had our wedding rehearsal celebration here. One room had our barista serving cocktails, the living room had charcuterie boards, and the kitchen island had gourmet catered pizzas. The rehearsal was done on the lawn. Plenty of room for 40 guests. Adequate parking. Incredible memory.

I held my 40-person microwedding at the Terry Guesthouse, and it was perfect. Our family stayed there, they loved the space, and felt so taken care of. Getting to have the venue for the whole weekend was amazing — preparations were low-stress, we didn't worry about deadlines. The backyard was a totally lovely space for the ceremony and reception, just as lovely at night as in the daytime. (Oh and the chairs / tables were included!) Fabulous location, great value, fun times.

I recently had my wedding at The Terry, and I can't believe how it transformed into a beautiful, romantic micro-wedding venue! It was perfect for our small food-truck wedding. The day of the wedding, we had a beautiful, sun-lit room to get ready (see photo). The backyard was a dream - lush and tranquil. At night, the market lights are a perfect touch. The backyard and house had plenty of room for all guests to stand, mingle, and even do some dancing! We also held a morning-after brunch (see photo), which looked fabulous and full on that big dining table! It was such a treat to have the house for the weekend. It felt like we had so much time with our guests - and they couldn't believe how beautiful and unique The Terry was! Mark, the proprietor, could not have been more lovely to work with. He was communicative and helpful. Thank you to Mark and The Terry for making our wedding weekend so memorable!

Incredibly beautiful and charming! The entire house has been tastefully renovated with different color schemes for each room. I attended a wedding rehearsal here and there is ample space, both indoor and out. Highly recommend!

Not clean when we arrived. Door knob fell off repeatedly. Not responsive. Not enough towels, sheets, paper towels--had to go buy all of them during our stay. Charged a huge cleaning fee for feathers on the couch. It says specifically in their manual to not clean because their (already huge) cleaning fee would cover it.

Absolutely gorgeous! An amazing guest house to spend time with friends and family. The interior is phenomenal, with intricate details for each room. Huge backyard as well! It's conveniently located downtown Longmont, perfect walking distance for discovering downtown.
