Amazing service hands down! I was so happy with how fast my laptop was fixed! They listened to my concerns and reassured me that I was in good hands. I work on my laptop very often so it’s safe to say it’s my lifeline lol they made sure I had my laptop back up and running quickly. What a great job Shizzy did replacing the screen on my phone He was so nice and replaced the screen in a timely manner ! Such great service and such a very nice young man !!!! Very reasonable pricing also ! Not only did I have numerous cracks but my phone also had a hole in the upper right hand corner ! Looks brand new !

My phone ended up requiring a simple fix, but I was not charged for their time and effort! I will certainly return if and when I need a repair. Thank you so much!

Not recommend. I handed in a working computer. The only problem was the screen didn’t work. However after they opened and examed it, they returned me with a completely dead computer without any acceptable reason! Very frustrating experience I ever had! I have to buy a new one now.

Amazing and fast service. I can’t believe how quickly and how professionally my phone screen was replaced. Obviously I hope I don’t break my screen again but I’d go back here in a second. Five stars

Seems that an increasing number of shops are refusing to repair broken iPhones, but not true here! I called The Tech Team with a cracked back glass on an iPhone 12 Pro Max and they were happy to assist. They ordered the part which was in the next day, I dropped off the phone, and an hour later it looked as good as new. Super impressive service at a very reasonable rate. Will return!

If your phone company can't fix your phone, ABSOLUTELY go to these guys!!!! 100% honest and open with you (which you don't get a lot of nowadays). I mean Verizon sent me here so i had a hunch it would be good. I'd recommend them to anyone!

My mom’s cellphone was damaged since September 2023 and she wanted to recover the pictures of our pets. After searching many places to repair it, I came to The Tech Team and they went above and beyond with the repair! They gave me several options for the repair and the result was great!
