I got the "blue screen of death" on my desktop computer this past weekend, and after years of issues with this computer, I figured this was it. I took my computer to TechFix Monday morning at 10:30. Danielle determined it was a corrupted operating system. She formatted and then installed the upgrade to Windows 11, saving all my data. It was ready for pick up 24 hours after I had dropped it off! After 2 unsatisfactory experiences with a computer repair shop closer to me, I will happily make the drive to TechFix from now on. I highly recommend this company!

The gal was very helpful on the phone. Then when I walked in to the store, she was gracious enough to help guide me through a short process to see if my laptop needed to stay to be repaired or not. Thank you TECH-FIX! You saved me HUNDREDS of dollars!

First I want to attempt to express how awesome Chad was. He was more than accommodating for my situation and happy to help me. My experience was a little bumpy for two reasons. I kept seeming to have miscommunications with the lady running the front which weren't exactly but by the end of it all that ironed out. The second was that my motherboard had one of the headers damaged while they reran wires for me. However, the moment I brought this up Chad quickly addressed it and had it fixed within a week or so and I was very thankful. I will return in the future and I will recommend them over all. Ask for Chad.

It took nearly 2 months to tell me my Xbox 360 was unrepairable due to a MOBO issue. I came in to ask if it was ready to go a few times, twice the receptionist told me with an irritated tone it had not even been looked at because she "should've charged me a fee upfront for bringing in an unassembled machine." My Xbox itself was entirely together. The faceplate and casing were off, but I brought that in as well if they needed it. When I got it back the faceplate's touch sensor's ribbon had been cut/torn- not removed, like they're supposed to be. There were scratches on the underside of the MOBO as well. They also didn't return my Xbox's power supply either I no longer have my 360, but I kept the faceplate so I'll attach a picture

No communication, horrible customer service,I took my laptop in due to it not charging they did not fix it sold me a new laptop (super expensive) I took it home it didn’t work brought it back they sold me a different charger for the new computer and it overpowered the battery causing me to loose all of my schoolwork. Would not recommend this store. A cheaper more reliable and inexpensive alternative is the fix-it tech in Belleview Fl they have amazing customer service and are amazing with their products

Had trouble with my Dell desktop. I looked for a computer repair place and chose Tech Fix because of the many good reviews. Very helpful. Very knowledgeable. I will happily drive the 20 miles to get here again, the next time my computer fritzes out.

Was told 24 hours for a diag. No call back after 4 days (excluding weekends).. called @10am for update, left message, no return call back. Showed up at 12:30 and lady says it’s more than just a power supply issue, and no tech was there to explain anything further. She suggested to give computer, very nervously. I personally don’t know why she wouldn’t apologize for not getting back to me like a normal business that does, but people like that like to turn and burn customers and that’s why they lose business.

Great knowledge of computers and phones. On many occasions had them practically bring my phone back to life and best part usually done the same day or next day. Highly recommend for all your computer or phone issues.
