I brought my 2 iPad to swap screen and the one with the good screen got broke on the process... didn't consider giving or offer a deal to get a new screen still charging same price. those tech just want to ripe your pocket, bad costumer service. Didn't care of broking my screen to charge 2 or not get it fix. Did not accomplish what was need it even when was told if you were not able to do it don't do it. Like you all see he answered but I can not answer back because google doesn’t let you, but I can Edit the actual review he said he repetitively told me that could be damage and I told him if you cannot do it don’t do it …so he assume the risk and still do it …and for sure that I want to get a way to fix it I had one damage and you just broke my second one…and I don’t receive a refund or a deal that’s why I say you just want to empty my pocket what convenient that now had to fix both…

I absolutely recommend this place! My phone suddenly fell into recovery mode after I dropped it (and the many other issues it was going through) and rather than just factory reset it, Tyler (a technician) got it back on in minutes! My phone had been like that for days and everyone I came across just told me it was a lost cause but The Tech Center actually tried ways of getting my phone back on! THANK YOU!!!!

I had a laptop that wouldn’t turn on. Garrick solved the problem with confidence and speed. I am so grateful he could bring my laptop back to life. This place is close by and they know their stuff. TY Tech Center!

They were great! My pixel screen had to be ordered. Got a call as soon as it came in & they had me come in whenever was convenient for me. They worked on it as soon as I brought my phone & went back to get it 90 mins later. (May have been done sooner that's just when I called ). Hopefully I'll never need them again lol but if need be I would definitely be a returning customer! *I would also like to add their prices were lower than the others I called. So all around happy with their service.

As someone who usually prefers to do my own repairs at home, I am generally distrustful of bringing my devices in anywhere. However, in the last month both my custom-built gaming PC had a fatal software issue and crashed, and my partner's touchscreen laptop cracked, including the hinge to the rest of her laptop. I didn't feel up to doing those repairs myself, and so after researching online we brought both in to Tech Center North. I have been extremely satisfied with Kyle and Garrick's work, their communication, and their professionalism. They gave accurate quotes for their work up front, kept me in the loop, and got both devices back to me on schedule. They also were able to recover all my data, and my PC is now running like new on a fresh install of Windows 11. They have earned my trust as a customer, and I will not be going anywhere else in the future if I need professional help. Thanks guys!
