The shower had someone else hair in the bottom of it and the fully equipped kitchen did not have anything you had to get a box from the front desk and when we did it did not have knifes or forks in it. The dishes we received where dirty. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach.

Le pire hôtel qui existe à hollywood ! Ça ne vaut même pas 1 étoile Du moisi absolument partout Salle de bain, clim, les murs, le plafonds, une odeur horrible qui vous prend à la gorge. Du moisi sut le sommier et le matelas, je voulais partir pour un autre hôtel mais nous avions payer quand même 110 euros pour cette hôtel insalubre (, la piscine est verte et inutilisable ) un bruit infernal dans la chambre. Bref FUYEZ ! Cet hôtel est ignoble

The worst Hotel I have ever stayed at!! they had 13 people in each room next to mine screaming playing loud music and going up and down stairs all day and night!! made it impossible to sleep and very scary to see there was no manager on site to help resolve this situation. I demanded to speak to manager at central office the next day his answer was that he could not do anything about it!!! therefore i wasted my money and got zero sleep. The manager was not interested in what i had to say at all and had a very rude attitude

Just completed a three night stay at this hotel. We've visited Hollywood Beach a dozen times in the last two years and wanted to give a new hotel a shot for this trip. We were drawn to this hotel by the Google photos and reviews and the availability of a pool. The price was fair so we decided to book. The check in process was chaos. They only had two ladies checking in guests, on a Friday, for 13 different properties. We had requested an early check in but it wasn't ready. In fact, we didn't get access to our room until 90 mins after check in time. When we got to our room, it was quite a shock. It wasn't anything like any of them photos. For reference, we stayed in room 302. The "fully equipped kitchenette" contained a fridge,stove, coffee maker and microwave. No utensils, no cups, no plates, etc. Found out we had to request a "kitchen box" so we called the front desk to request. An hour later I walked to the desk and got the box myself. The box did contain items we needed to be able to use the kitchen amenities. As for the room, there were NO dressers, no closets, no bars and hangars. So we had to use the two person dining table to set out luggage and clothing on for our stay. They also didn't provide us with any small toiletries you'd expect from a hotel. Not even soap to wash your hands. I probably wouldn't stay at this hotel or any of the properties they manage again because of this experience. Little went right. I think they have potential but they need adequate staffing to be able to deliver their promises they fall flat on.

Very nice location, steps from the boardwalk and the beach. Very small office and hard to check in due to the tightness of it. Be ready to pay $20 for pool towels, they do refund you the $ upon return of towel. Room was clean, shower was hot and the pool was great!

DO NOT STAY HERE. AFTER WE PAID FOR OUR ROOM THEY TOLD US A $100 DEPOSIT WAS REQUIRED AND WHEN WE SAID WE DONT HAVE IT, THEY CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION AND REFUSED TO REFUND $81 FOR THR ROOM. COMPLETELY DISGUSTED WITH THIS PLACE IF YOU DO NOT REFUND MY MONEY I WILL POST UP IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL AND DRIVE AWAY ANY CUSTOMERS TRYING TO BOOK ROOMS THERE. I WILL POST A BAD REVIEW ON EVERY WEBSITE THAT YOU ARE LISTED ON. NO WHERE ON ANY WESITE DOES IT SAY THAT YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK FOR THE ROOM IF YOU DO NOT HAVE MONEY FOR THE DEPOSIT. I HIGHLY DOUBT THAT THIS IS LEGAL YOU DONT ASK FOR THR DEPOSIT FIRST SO THAT YOU CAN STEAL PEOPLES MONEY. THATS ALL THE MONEY WE HAD AND HAD TO SLEEP IN OUR CAR THAT NIGHT. YOUR EMPLOYEES NEED SOME CUSTOMER TRAINING

horrible experience , they charge us a service that we never received , they stole our money , we never made a check in couse line was over long and people there was so rude , we have to find another hotel and swan hotel still charge us for a service we never received , they refused to give us our refund , this is a fraud . i,m reporting this couse i dont want nobody else have this terrible experience with this hotel.

Guests BEWARE OF THIS DISGUSTING HOTEL. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!. There were roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. I saw 3 different rooms and saw roach eggs , shells, and roaches. The staff was rude when I told them there were roaches. Plus the area seemed so sketchy/ ghetto. My mom and I had to go back to the airport and sleep there because we had an early flight and could not stay in that sorry excuse for a motel. The worst part is they won't give me my money back. They are denying the roaches were there. I booked the "hotel" through an app called Hotel Tonight and they were no help.
