Beautifully designed hotel. Doorman was excellent!!! Very nice guy! Immediately greeted us and help us with our bags while we checked in. Had some bring out bags to our rooms. Rooms was extra spacious. Nice sized bathrooms. Safe area. Bed was extra comfortable and pillows super fluffy. Excellent views of the city. Panoramic views. My room wrapped around the block, had views from all angles. Staff was very nice, helpful and pleasant. Can't wait to go back.

We loved the hotel from the welcoming lobby to the clean & comfortable room. Very close to Drexel and to UPenn (university and walkable to the Penn hospital). The vibe is very fun and we were warmly welcomed. Plenty of room to lounge in the modern lobby. Hotel restaurant very good, dinner & breakfast both amazing. Would definitely stay again!! A+

The lobby level of the hotel is beautiful, and every staff member we interacted with was pleasant, helpful, and thoughtful. When we had questions via email, they were also quick to respond. Good West Philly location, too. ||Our king studio room had minimalist decor with clean lines and nice furniture; it appears light, airy, and attractive. But ... it's not that livable. Bathroom is impractical--almost nowhere to hang towels or put toiletries. Ours had a completely unnecessary frosted glass window facing the bed area, and if someone turned on the bathroom light, it shone right through the window onto someone sleeping. Bathroom door also doesn't fully open and partially blocks the toilet. Closet is wide and shallow, with few hangers and too much difficult-to-use space. Our room had a massive desk that blocked access to the window shade controls (and the shades aren't fully light blocking). Desk chair tilted backwards awkwardly. Bed was comfortable but had heavy, warm bedding on it suitable for winter, not for August. There's lots of potential here but rooms need to be designed and laid out for real people to use, not just to look good in photographs. Perhaps the larger rooms are better.

If your child is attending either Drexel or Penn. This is the place to stay. I was able to walk back and fourth to dorms, walk into Rittenhouse square to target if I needed extra items. The bed was cozy, the cocktails were tasty. Staff was super nice. Great value and just a charming boutique hotel. There is no bell service or valet, that I could see, but it's no big deal, we just grabbed one of the carts and loaded up our luggage. No complaints. Will be staying here agian. Kind of didn't want to leave. Nice body wash and tub!!

This is a lovely place near Drexel and University of Pennsylvania. The rooms are clean and well designed in the entry space is bright and has a fun atmosphere. The staff are friendly and inviting. Mel at the front desk was a superstar, being both very helpful and charming, and giving a never-ending supply of ginger snap cookies at the front desk. The beds and bedding were both super comfortable and I had a The beds and bedding were both super comfortable and I had a fantastic night sleep. Excellent choice if you need to be in the area.

The stay was great from check in to check out. I like the openness and brightness of the room and the decor. The staff were friendly. We had a great dinner in the restaurant, decent selections of wine, kind bartender and server, and the filet mignon perfect. Only stayed for a night but could easily stay longer. I didn’t like the location but it was close to a concert we were going to.

I stayed at The Study for 6 days while my daughter was taking a college class. Perfect location to walk to class. The hotel is clean, the restaurant is excellent, the fitness center has everything you could ask for and more (Peloton, ropes), and the staff was always friendly, smiling and helpful. We moved here after spending one night at a nearby hotel and were so happy we did!

Service was phenomenal. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful, especially Mel who is able to troubleshoot and sort through the complexities of my stay. The breakfasts in the Co-op restaurant were especially delicious. While a little bit farther from downtown, it is a great location near the campuses of Penn and Drexler. Plenty to see in the area.
