I saw Lukas Nelson perform with POTR here! It was the best show! The old ambience was still there, and charming. The changes made to the place were nice. Seating was great this night, but I hear not all shows are the same. The drinks were a bit expensive, but they were good and the bartender was very good too. I recommend seeing a live music show here, for sure!
The strand rocked! We saw Luke Nelson and the show was fantastic. The acoustics were really good, the sound was great. We got to see him up close, it was a great venue and we'd go again for sure. Parking was a bit expensive, $33.00, but right there on the same street great time, Luke Nelson rocked!
First time in Providence and we loved it. The lit up buildings at night are tremendous. Twiddle at the Strand was great.
Concert venue is nice. Very little seating on the main level. You could get a reasonably priced drink there years ago but now it's all concert pricing. That's to be expected with most venues nowadays.
Great show! Not as nice as the refurbished Palladium in Worcester, but same size and Winger was awesome!!!

I went to see calibre 50 and cuarto de milla, the experience was great, alot of place to dance, only thing I didn't like was the drinks, I asked for a long Island ice tea, and honestly I have gone yo different places and asked for the same drink but on this place that drink tasted like juice I asked the bartender and she showed me a pre poured mix they have, so it they weren't doing the original mix which sucks
One of my favorite venues went from seeing punk and metal shows there in my early 20s to seeing some of my favorite jam bands in my late 20s. Staff is always really chill and laid back and the venue itself is beautiful inside. There are plenty of bars throughout the place even two right on each side of the pit. My only complaint is the bathroom floors being all wet and slippery. Not a good idea to be wearing a skirt if the floors are all wet 🥴😂
