Neat house, came for the walking trails though. The walk around the pond is about a half kilometer. Just enough for a lunchtime on a nice day. Plenty of parking which is free. Some of the path is concrete, others are grated dirt. But this also connects to the much larger system of trails along the greenbelt.

Such a cute house! We rented it for a party and had a blast! It's pretty spacious inside. My friend was the one who rented it, so I'm not sure about the pricing. I think she said for a 5 hour rental, it was about $400?

Scenic and cared for trails. The Stonehouse has a nice quiet spot with benches to sit and enjoy the abundant natural beauty.

We rented the Stone House for our both our wedding ceremony and reception of approx. 50 and it was perfect. Beautiful surroundings, somewhat segregated from the rest of the greenway, and a beautiful view of the mountains at sunset. Pam at the Community Resources Department was so friendly, proactive, and always very helpful whenever we had questions while planning for the wedding (and we had a lot)! We found that the tables provided by the house weren't quite large enough to seat our group comfortably and the chairs weren't particularly nice looking so we ended up renting tables and chairs. We also needed to set up lighting ourselves like the other reviewer said it does get dark at night but the lighting ended up looking very nice. The price was fair as well at ˜800 with the alcohol license included for the whole day. Overall would definitely recommend this setting for an intimate backyard wedding theme like we had

We had our wedding at Stone House and we're so glad we did! It was beautiful and so nice to have the indoor/outdoor options for guests to hang out, eat, and socialize. I WISH I could give it 5 stars. Unfortunately, the bathroom situation was confusing and not disclosed to us ahead of time. There were two bathrooms but only one toilet, and the bathroom fan shook the whole floor upstairs, which was very odd. There were also no outdoor lights, so it was very dark around 6:45 (late October) and we ended up cutting the reception a bit short. We were exhausted by then so this was ok, but it made it more difficult to clean up once people left. For those reasons, I reluctantly have to rate Stone House 4 stars. Aside from those few things though, the day was wonderful and we made a great decision having our wedding here. The upstairs area was perfect for getting ready and the chairs and tables that came with the rental were perfect. We brought our own decorations, tablecloths, and had a food truck serving out guests dinner. We definitely recommend Stone House for a small - medium sized semi-formal wedding like ours.

My husband and I rented the Stone House for a small wedding last weekend and it was beautiful. The building is historic and has been updated with AC and new fixtures. There are plenty of sturdy chairs and tables for use, and the grounds are well kept. I've chosen a lower rating because I wanted to warns others about the alarm system. We were charged part of our deposit because the maintenance crew claimed that the backdoor was unlocked, the lights were left on, and the alarm was not set. We followed the instructions they give exactly and were very careful to make sure everything was in place before we left. I'm confident that the house was secured exactly as was expected of us. We even saw the phrase, "delayed for exit" on the alarm, which we interpreted to mean that everything was set as it should be. The people we dealt with were perfectly nice and professional, but still refused to accept that we had done what was asked of us. I am sharing so that other renters might avoid the same situation. I'm hoping that they've updated their instructions to be more clear.

Sunday wedding was beautiful! easy to pick up keys, easy to clean. used the interior to hold the food and had a few tables outside for seating and gifts. received LOT of complements.

Held a wedding here. Building had AC so was a perfect place for the bride to get ready and for people to cool off. Has nice flowers, and well kept lawn.

Freshest and best tasting bowl I've ever eaten in my entire life. Most poke places sacrifice on the quality of the fish to save money, but not this place. You can totally taste the difference. The staff was friendly as well.
