The Statler From start to finish, The Statler delivered excellence! The valet was great. $20 is standard here in Downtown Detroit, and reasonable for being in such close proximity to the Ford Field and Comerica Park. We arrived a little early for our reservation, and had to wait about 5 min for our table to be ready. The hosts were excellent. We were sat back in a corner which was excellent so we could watch how busy they were, people watch. Richard was our server, and he was perfectly attentive. The short ribs, amazing. Their re-fashioned cocktail, excellent Calamari 🤌🏻 Steak tartar - delicate and delicious Beet salad - earthy We didn't have one thing that we were not blown away with. Would definitely recommend the carrot cake!! Thank you Statler, and thank you Richard!

The restaurant has a nice, chic atmosphere. We started with the lamb en ballon, it was so delicious. I had the roasted beets and goat cheese salad, which was okay, I'd pass on this if I return. For dinner I had the roast duck and the beef short rib. The short rib was fantastic! I would come here just for that. The duck was tasty, not a wow for me, but still good. The lobster Mac and cheese was good, nothing special.

We loved our experience here!! Kiara was an amazing waitress. She gave the best wine pairing recommendations. We had the grilled artichokes (which were just okay), Oyster Rockefeller which were small but the flavor was great, the mussels were spicy but delicious. They were also on the smaller side. The carrot cake was amazing. The pasta was delicious too. I would definitely come again!

Went to The Statler, as it is one of my favorite stops while in Detroit for either a football game or a baseball game. It is walking distance from our favorite hotels, and it never disappoints. Food and service are outstanding. This time, we enjoyed Duck, Oysters, shrimp, the triple bird ( game and domestic), and the daughter, of course a burger. Highly recommend you try!

We went for a quick dinner before the P!NK concert and were delighted! Chris was our server in the bar area. He was polite, funny, and made great recommendations. Our food was delicious and we tried a lot of things on the menu. HIGHLY recommend!

Had a great birthday dinner here, our waitress Nora was lovely and very attentive. Highly recommend the pate appetizer and the chocolate cake for dessert 🎂

The restaurant's management and staff courteous and prompt. My food was tasty warm and on time. I had one cocktail and it was delicious and Oldfashioned with Woodford Reserve. Dessert was off the hook.

MIND-BLOWING including: patio dining with live music, amazing starters, excellent main courses and ridiculously good desserts. Seriously, our group consisted of global travelers and we were all raving about each aspect of the experience. The neighborhood and the building that the restaurant is part of, are visually interesting as well
