Loving at this apartment is awesome. The space was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The amenities provided exceeded my expectations - from the fully-equipped kitchen to the comfortable bedding, everything was top-notch. The location is fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and convenient transportation options. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a superb stay in Auburn. It truly deserves every one of its 5 stars!

Living in the standard my freshman year of school has been so amazing! It is so clean and the staff is so helpful and friendly. Honestly the best place to live freshman year if there’s no on campus housing. I go to the apartment gym all the time and it’s super nice and convenient if you are a lazy person and don’t want to drive to a gym. The walk from campus is about 5 minutes and honestly I think that’s a plus, closer to the “night life” in auburn! The rooms are spacious, the only suggestion I have is to get the room away from the hallway as there is sometimes more noise at night in the room closest to the hallway. If you are considering living at the standard, DO IT!!

I’ve been living here over the semester and it has been very enjoyable. It being so close to downtown and the school is great and the room system and apartment is very modern and luxurious. The staff is amazing and if there is any problems it will be addressed and fixed immediately.

I have not lived at the Standard for very long but I am already seeing vast improvements from my previous place. The overall cleanliness of the building, as well as the quality of the furniture and appliances within the apartment make it a comfortable place to live. I do experience street noise and occasional neighbor noise but I was expecting this with being close to campus and having a majority of college students in the building.

I love the standard! Amenities are great, walking distance to campus, and the staff is next level awesome. They offer studios to 5 bedrooms and everything in between, and you lease by the bed space so you are only responsible for your one room.

I’ve lived at the Standard the past two years and I couldn’t love it more! I have had the best roommates and the management team is very welcoming and always fixes problems very fast. It’s very close to everything downtown and the best walk to campus. I can’t wait to live here next year too!!

It's great. I've lived here for 2+ years and no problems. Front office is very responsive if I ever have questions.
