Looking with a friend for a spot to stay. Very friendly staff. Very helpful. Nice clean facilities. Liked the dog walks. Reasonable prices. A lot of things to do.
I have lived here for going on 4 years now and it is a great place. Just wish dogs owners would pick up after their dogs, and not pressure other dog owners to leave the dog run (it isn't meant for only one dog). A lot of activities always going on and things to do.
Nice little spot. Pulled our fifth wheel there. Plenty of shade n most lots. Inexpensive. SUPER NICE/ACCOMMODATING STAFF! Pool very clean. Grounds pretty well kept. Great dog walk area with lots of cans lining the area for poo. Sometimes there's sanitizer too! Laundry is cheap but only a few machines work well. Place is a bit dated but I'd definitely stay here again. The ppl here are so warm and friendly with lots of community activities going on with good turnouts! Church available if that's ur thing. All in all I'd stay here again!!!
We’ve been full time residents here for two years. We love this park. The people are very caring and helpful. Rent and utilities are beyond reasonable. The amenities are awesome. While there are sometimes issues with water, because of careless drivers cutting through empty lots, they are generally dealt with quickly and efficiently. The pool is always crystal clear and inviting. There are many activities such as pool parties, pot luck dinners, cards, karaoke and holiday celebrations. Things really pick up during snowbird season. No Karen’s on our staff here!
I have been here 6 months on and 6 months off for going on 4 years now. I can’t believe the comments about our pool. It is ABSOLUTELY beautiful and clean. I have NEVER seen it dirty at all. The bathrooms are cleaned and bright. There is always something going on. We play cards in the club house at least 4 nights a week. I absolutely love it here. I am going to be here annuals now. The staff is friendly. The laundry could be better but if that’s all that’s wrong….
The Springs RV park has everything you are looking for. It is located close to many amenities and businesses. It is also close to one of the most exciting parks in the area. Their staff is nothing but professional and very helpful. Their facilities are in outstanding shape and the public restrooms are in impeccable order. Outstanding destination
Lived here almost 10 years. Reasonable rent, management, staff are cordial. Always some activities going on. It is an older park with big trees, sometimes roots cause water issues that are quickly resolved..Pool is not filthy, laundry room is being updated..Sounds to me these negative comments are coming from those who don't follow park rules and think they are upper crust. Yes park is full in snowbird time. I haven't had any problems at all..
We reserved a lot for Jan-Mar 2024. However in Mid Dec my husband had open heart surgery. We did not cancel because we changed our mind. We sent them proof that it was medical. They don’t care, still no refund of deposit. Unbelievable customer service. Would never recommend this place.
I only went up the oklawaha bye boat to the dam. Heard it was blocked and impassable. Not the case though, beautiful as always. There are definitely some changes and make sure you trim the motor up around the trees because there's a couple of hidden
Kayak rentals where a bit pricey ~($45/$60) and line was long to get shuttle tickets but it is definitely worth it to kayak this river it was gorgeous and see-through the whole 5 mi downstream trip the shuttle cost 15 additional dollars to get back t
The most amazing experiences can be had with friends here. We saw monkeys, manatees, snakes, alligators, birds, and fish in the wild. Yes thatâs right, wild monkeys. Come see them!!! Donât get too close though! Super wonderful place.
