Got me in quickly. Reception (Melissa) was very friendly and professional. Repaired the tire that had the problem but also checked all 3 other tires (fortunately) and found a nail in a second tire. Work was done very well and completed in a timely manner while I waited in the comfortable waiting room. Very happy with The Specialists and will be back.

Melissa is the best. I stopped in to make an appointment for an oil change and to have my car checked for tire pressure. She said if you have time we can do it right now and they did. An amazing experience. Thank you Melissa and the Specialists.

I brought my vehicle in for diagnosis for the transmission that is covered under an aftermarket warranty. They were the authorized facility. They also found an oil leak which I authorized them $150 to diagnose the issue end up being a supposed pinched oil filter, O-ring, which is a two dollar O-ring. To fix us all a tech would have to do is loosen the oil filter cap which does not leak oil anywhere does not cost anything. Replace the O-ring and put in so end up paying them $150, and they fixed nothing and then when they told me they could not reproduce the transmission issue Decided to charge me an additional $135 Diag for that because they could not reproduce the issue which was not said to me verbally or nonverbally in any manner they seem to be after money grab wherever they can, and they are not in my opinion and honest consumer, friendly repair facility my fix would’ve taken 30 seconds and I know this because when I picked up my vehicle, I did it myself in their parking lot I do not suggest them as an ASE certified tech myself

Melissa is great! Scheduling was easy and the team is always upfront about work that needs to be done whether immediately or if it can wait a while. Always very satisfied with Dustin and the team at The Specialist!

My AC wasn’t working during this #*!!*#% heat wave. Called the Specialists, they saw my car the next morning. The AC is running great now and they also took care of a few other maintenance issues that were due. Reasonable rates and clear communication. Will be back!

The Specialists have always been transparent and fair with pricing. They’ve always completed the work as promised. Melissa is always pleasant!

Work was done correctly after identifying the under lying issue. Service and communication was great as always. As I mentioned to them at the shop, the billing/invoice system could be tweaked just a bit though. The invoice only gives the customer a total $ amount per work item. My suggestion was the invoice should breakdown the cost of parts AND also labor and then the total cost. This in turn would keep the customer better informed. I will continue to be a repeat customer though! Thanks again!

Melissa and Dustin always do a great job of squeezing me in. They are able to do a quick oil change in a couple of things for me only place that I bring my car to have it worked on.
