For an all-day spa experience, The Dpa at Hotel Hershey is ideal! From the sauna & steam room to the relaxation rooms and treats along the way, this is the perfect place for a relaxing day away. I went on my own as a Christmas gift and enjoyed every moment. The ladies up front are quick to get you in, then they give you a robe & slippers (these were pretty uncomfortable though) and then a tour. There is flavored water, tea, coffee, hot cocoa, chocolate and muffins to enjoy as you wait for your service. I booked the Holiday Season Sampler and loved each part. The staff works well to create a calm and relaxing environment.

The Spa at Hotel Hershey has many services to offer, but me and my friends booked the standard massages. We all agree that each masseuse did a wonderful job and we would all go back. When you book a service, you also get to enjoy the wonderful amenities that the Hotel has to offer like swimming in their pools, relaxing in their hot tub, their steam room, their scented relaxation room, or sip some tea, coffee, or hot chocolate in their quiet rooms. They also offer fruit and muffins, and of course, Hershey kisses in bowls in every room. My masseuse, Matt, gave an amazing massage, and he was very professional. I would absolutely recommend.

Always love The Hotel Hershey. But their spa shower hardware and hair dryers need to be updated. I like the fact that as a spa guest, you are able to stay until they close.

Amazing experience start to finish. We had a delicious lunch at The Oasis and spent the day being pampered by a top notch team. A splurge but 100% worth it!

My experience was wonderful! Such a serene atmosphere in the hotel and spa. The chocolate wrap, massage, and facial were fabulous. I was so relaxed and enjoyed the quiet room in-between services and afterwards. I can't wait to go back.

Got the opportunity to visit the Hershey chocolate spa with a group of 9 women for a birthday celebration retreat with each guest to receive and pay for the spa services of their choice. I would say on average expect to spend over $ 200 minimal. Packages with several options were much more. I elected a service package to include a chocolate scrub, massage with chocolate oil and a chocolate bath. It’s Hershey so why not? Upon entry, it was a bit busy and chaotic in the check in area with the blonde customer representative on the right side that Sunday being so very kind, patient, helpful and friendly to the guests she welcomed in her line. I unfortunately was in the other line on the left side with a frazzled, stressed, inpatient and non-welcoming brunette representative instead who was very, very short and possibly quite overwhelmed that day. I want to say she was the same frazzled representative I received when I called on the phone to reserve my services however; I’m not sure. The quality on the phone was the same. I signed a paper to confirm my services and the times for each. We were then directed to the locker room to undress (you are given a robe and rubber slides) and when my appt time came and other guests were being called for their services, I waited about 15, 20 minutes in the locker room over my time and went back to ask the brunette what the process was and if someone would be coming. She gave me a huff and escorted me to the eucalyptus room that I did not know about before because no one told me about it. She told me to sit there until someone came to get me. Much better than the locker room. There was also a quiet room. It would have been helpful to receive instructions when I arrived so I did not feel that I was bothering her. It would have been also helpful to elect whether you preferred a male or female for services as well which was a complaint from the group. Eventually everything seemed to progress in a positive direction. My technician Erin S was amazing and was able to brighten my experience. The hot cocoa and muffins were a second on the rainy afternoon. There was a pool, hot tub and a sauna on site. Would I go again, probably not. There are many, many spas all over that can provide the same or even better of an experience and pricing value. You go here to experience the “chocolate” experience at least once. 🍫 Free parking was also available.

Facilities are beautiful and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Actual spa treatments are a little too expensive, no need to get one of their packages. A good special occasion experience.

Prior to arriving I made Spa reservations for me & Bae! Whenever I am in the vicinity if Hershey, PA…I make it a point to stop in the Hershey Spa for services! My latest trip to the Spa I booked the Chamomile & Lavender Wrap and Reflexology treatments! At the start of my massage I was asked the ‘important questions’… where are your problem areas and we decide on ‘no talking’ during the massage! Within 5 minutes of my massage ending-the reflexologist began exfoliating my my feet and limbs! All the pressure points were hit and my body melted like butter! I arrived into the aroma therapy room and within 5 minutes I was asleep! I enjoyed all their services and the staff were friendly as usual! I can’t wait until my next visit to the Hershey Spa! I recommend you make a visit..you won’t regret it!
