Waitress never brought us our sause for our street tacos like she promised. Nachos were made with some cheese like sause not real cheese. That was disapointing. It maked the chips soggy.

Love the atmosphere. Service was good even though they sent the page to the wrong pager. The Mac and cheese was cold, brisket was tasty but cold. The okra was warm. The taste was all good but it was like the food was just warmed up. We ate here before the lunch hour, so it’s night like they were busy. This was not our first visit and it won’t be the last but hope next round is better.

I've been eyeing the pulled pork sandwich ever since we got here (moved in March from WA). Every time I'm ready to eat, they've run out. Pulled pork is the only BBQ my stomach can handle. Well, today's the magic day, because my son swung by after work to pick us up two pulled pork sandwiches, his with potato salad side and mine with the creamiest mac 'n cheese ever. The pulled pork is so unbelievably tender with a hint of gentle smoke. Soft as a pillow! I only wish I got a little more of the sauce and a little more salt. Otherwise, perfection. Don't sleep on the sides, especially mashed potatoes & gravy & Cowboy Beans. PS. Barbecue sauce is too sweet & smoked meats need more salt.

This is the worst bbq ever; the pulled pork tasted like it was just boiled no flavor at all the, cowboy beans are refried beans from a can with ham added, the potato salad tasted like it was made with miracle whip. I will never come here again.

Ordered pulled pork sandwich…bread was real soggy almost s as if they threw it together… also ordered a hamburger.. no flavor.. truly disappointed.. cashier that worked on the 8-12-2022 was rude and unprofessional… and you pay so much money.. and are disappointed by food and service…

So disappointed! I ordered what is advertised as hand made in house fries and what I got was someone’s leftover burger king fries.

We went online since no one answers the phone and don't return your calls. We ordered the ribs, we had heard all the good things about them. So we ordered and was having Grub Hub deliver. Well we were supposed to have our order by 5:15. We had not ordered from Smokey Bone or used Grub Hub before, this was our first time. Well 5:15 became 5:45 and no order. So I chatted with someone, they checked my order and said that Grub Hub didn't have a driver and we would have to wait. I asked to cancel the order. They said I could not cancel and since it was being processed and that we would just have to wait. Mind you this was my husband birthday so we waited, finally at 6:15 they cancelled our order and gave us a refund. I will never order from Smokey Bone not will I use Grub Hub.

So I've been to 2 of the smokey bone locations. This one and the main one in Sun Valley. This one doesn't even come close to being as good as the one in Sun Valley. And the wait was so long the other night waiting for 2 grilled cheese sandwiches and steak tacos 🤦🏼‍♀️ the wait was about 30 -45 mins and finally when it was finished my kids hated the grilled cheese and wouldn't even eat it. The building was also very packed and loud with hardly any seating left. I'm not sure if we will be back or not.
