This taco shop is more of gourmet tacos. They coming different flavors to make really good tacos. The tacos are a little expensive but filling. I had 3 tacos and I was full. The average person would be fine with 2 tacos. Be ready to be wowed from the different yet spectacular flavors on these tacos. I also got churro fries which were a little too sweet for me but they were excellent for what I could eat.

Smoked Taco is a delightful fusion of flavor and artistry. With numerous new restaurants out in Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain the places to eat are becoming plentiful and you should not sleep on Smoked Taco. It is quickly becoming one of our families favorites. We have seriously not had a bad taco yet! Plus as a bonus (at the time of writing this) they have Taco Tuesday deals to save you some money if you head over there for lunch on Tuesdays (it might be dinner too, but for sure for lunch which is when we were there). Their taco’s are ginormous, we usually get two per person and that ends up being plenty. Make sure you check back frequently as they do have a taco of the week that changes out!

My standard for good tacos is high. These were OK. Much better than fast food and with a fresh and fun flavor combinations. I enjoyed the crispy grilled cheese touch. We tried the gringo and the bang bang with the chips and queso. The tacos were soupy prone to rapid airborne disassembly which made them a challenge to eat. But they were solid. The thing that turned me off was the queso. I know it's blanco, but it was meh-ly plain and oddly textured. The mix-ins were required to make it work but the chips were great and seemed to be made there in the store which is great. I think we'll try it again because those churro fries looked amazing!

This place is more of an American taco place. They're more of a sweet type of tacos, and the ones with spice are very timid in their spice level. Hot sauces are available in the seating area. The tacos themselves look very good in presentation, and they do taste good. They're light in the amount of meat on the taco. You'll mainly be paying for presentation. The nacos are VERY sweet. If you're looking for authentic Mexican style tacos/taste, this isn't the place to go. All in all, it's a good place to go for some decent food.

The Smoked Taco truly delivers a flavor fiesta! The Fleeing Californian's tri-tip steak and the Gringo's brisket are both mouthwateringly amazing. The Chips and Queso, adorned with spicy pepper jack cheese and pico de gallo, strike the perfect balance of heat and perfection. A smoky delight for your taste buds!

Great food. We eat there often. Sometimes not super clean on the tables. But still way good food. I would still recommend them. We always get the clean California and the gringo. I wish that the burnt and was not just on Friday.

Gourmet, niche, and delicious. Well lit, fast service for a Friday night. We got a coupon in the mail to try some free churro nachos (nice) The OG (10/10) tastes a little like wingers, amazing textures and flavor. The hot chick (8/10) again loved the textures and flavor but a bit too hot for me Smoking pastor (6/10) it was good, but not special. Churro fries are a cool concept, but they came out cold and the pieces were small (<1”) which made them hard to eat. Maybe they’re meant to eat with a fork, but normal fries don’t eat with a fork. Idk Would recommend! And will be back for more OG tacos. Loved the double tortilla with cheese.

Fusion-style tacos, I got The Bird and Money Muscle, wife got Smoking Pastor, smoked Elote and Queso dip. Cheese on the queso dip was a bit mild for my taste, wife loved it. Spice levels were very manageable, flavor combinations in the tacos worked real well. Quick, friendly service.
