The Sierra Luxury Extended Stay Micro-Suites - Extended stay hotel in Pinellas Park - 9359 US Hwy 19 N, USA

I don't think of this do much as a hotel, but HOME!! The owners, Walter and Sara really do care about the well being of not only the hotel but their guests get treated like real people, not just another check in!! They are always available whenever needed, they just their butts to keep it as clean as possible, they're doing so many upgrades inside and out!! From what this place used to be till now it's been a total 360°!! Sara, is the sweetest manager ever, she stops and chat with almost everyone, has a smile on her face, holds holiday cookouts, pool parties where EVERYONE is invited!! She goes above and beyond. There isn't a thing Walter won't do, to palm trees, laying rock, painting doors and stairwells!! You don't see many managers like that especially in a hotel setting. They're both 100% hands on!!!

I’ve been here just about a month now and I have to say it is a night and day difference from when it was The Bayside! The rooms are so much better, there’s no obvious signs of drug use/dealing like previously. I like the fact that they no longer rent by the night, it gives the place a safer feel. It is extremely family friendly and everyone watches out for one another and the children. Walter and Sarah are truly amazing people and try to help when they can and are very approachable. No place is going to be 100% perfect but compared to other extended stays this place is pretty good and extremely reasonable.

I'd give 0 stars but it was a roof over my head.Unless you ABSOLUTELY have no other place to go avoid this place.Bugs,kids running around all night,police every other night,electric goes out and no one to help. Don't dare talk to manager, you'll get an earful of profanities. Shutting off water ,never giving advance notice. I've dealt with rocks that had better people skills than the manager. Never had problem with Sarah ,at least she was courteous and thoughtful. I could go on and on,just beware.

The manager that's here is ms. Sara . This woman will treat u will Respect and everyone's kids love her. And most importantly she takes care of all tenants at extended stay here at Pinellas Park 9359 us 19 highway. If u need any thing for your room this woman has walked to doors making sure we all Have our rooms situated I got a new a.c and new fridge

This place is an absolute piece of trash and should be shut down I would rather sleep under a bridge with no blanket my cousins room was infested with roaches crawling on the bed up the tub drain and the level of black mold is beyond belief wasps nests are all around the self ordained patrol watch is ridiculous yes the lady on the first level who let's you know she'll call the police if you piss too loud stands outside her room all day with a cordless phone in her hand and heck yeah its 'buddied' out to the max it's dang near an all out trap spot. The City should make them close this place down The City should be ashamed to have an atrocity like that its far from the word luxury the level of nosey is off the rickter scale had I known she was staying there until she called me to ask what to do I would have intervened sooner it made me sad she spent a month in the horrid conditions and so yes after two visits I picked her up the next week and found her somewhere else in a borrowed vehicle because I was too leery and concerned that the roaches would travel and get stuck I my SUV heck no please if you love yourself find elsewhere I could go on and on and on go there yourself if you don't believe but wear a hazard suit for protection.

My husband and I stopped here to get a room due to the fact they were under new management. Thank God my husband asked to see the room before we paid. The guy at the front desk said "I think you will really like this room". I cannot believe how dirty this place is. Walking up the stairs you see "help" painted on one of the windows in red. The AC units look like they are falling out of the walls. We walked into the room giving it the benefit of the doubt and it was absolutely disgusting. Floors were filthy. Room smelled like body odor. No pillows on the beds, bathroom light didn't work. Hair every where. I cannot believe rooms are considered renovated. Nothing at all like pictures shown whatsoever.

Worst mistake I have ever made paying for a room for a month here. Bugs unattended children running around dirty, noise is ridiculous management makes you sign all the rules but enforce none of them. Welcome to motel hell!

I've been living here since April and I love it. Very neighbor friendly and kid friendly. Bus 34 stops right out front, Aldi's is next door and Walmart is right down the street.
