The Foodland and Tommy Bahamas are great reasons to visit this center. Theres also a good coffee shop and a nice juice place. Unfortunately, many of the remaining retail spaces here are vacant and the rest are almost variably selling indistinguishable, ubiquitous island wear. Come for the food but don't expect much else.
Shops close too early. It's 5:40pm and only three or four are open. The show at 7pm on Monday and Thursday is to attract people here, but if the shops are closed, we can't shop.
Beautiful, easy to walk around, great shops, great food, small super market, easy parking, everyone is so friendly. I felt welcomed and right at home.
The grocery store is very nice, has a great selection of food in the deli and 'grab-n-go' cases. There's an attached liquor store. There's a cafe with good shakes nearby. Tommy Bahamas at the other end. The shops are very expensive though, some of it is pretty high end stuff but most of it you can buy for cheaper at the local farmers markets. There's a fun 4D theater located in one of the shops, each film is about 5-12 minutes so it's a nice short break from the sun and heat.
We wondered through Kozy's Tiki Palace, he had lots of cool art work and we didn't get to stay for the show but he does a comedy/ magic show every night, I think it'd be worth checking out.
This used to be quite happening place before Covid but hopefully they are making a come back. Not many places to eat or shop. They used to do great Hawaiian shows for free. It looks like they are beginning to prepare an area to do it again. Sure hope so! It has potential to be a wonderful place!
Not a full-blown grocery store but there is enough to choose from. On the expensive side.
I took the shuttle bus to The Shops at Mauna Lani. Had a Pog smoothie and a Maui surprise muffin both pretty good at Kimobean. The prices were reasonable. I also went food shopping at Foodland Farm. They have a pretty nice selection on wine. It's a small strip mall but conveniently located.
Farmland was a good spot for a few groceries... and several flavors of gluten free moshi!

Bobby's beginner yoga flow class was outstanding! There were so many different types of people in class. Over 5 teenagers that I think were from a swim team, moms, dads, young, mature, seniors....Bobby caters to just about everyone who wants to have
I visited this most amazing GJâs Huli Chicken by pure chance and let me tell you- THE BEST CHICKEN I HAVE EVER HADâ-HANDS DOWN. Initially- from the roadside, we saw the rolling smoke as the chickens were being cooked, then decided to stop and see
Beautiful canyon. We could not view certain parts due to fog. The waimea lookout was completely not visible the day we were out there but I hear itâs beautiful on a clear day. We were still happy with the parts we saw. A beautiful scenery and drive
I did a morning 2 tank charter with the Blue Wilderness crew and it was awesome! The team and captain were super personable and upbeat throughout the morning, gave thorough dive briefings and split the divers into two groups (beginner and advanced) w

Awesome customer service the food is delicious and vegetarian friendly. The spicy veggie ramen was 10/10 and the toasty onigiri was the perfect texture! We will definitely be back.
We had such a great time here for dinner! The vibe was on point and service was friendly and quick. We got a flight sampler and some food. Food tasted great and priced reasonably especially compared to a lot of places on the Big Island. Parking was l
This is a super interesting place to see if you are interested in learning about Hawaiian history. There are a lot of ruins here. I wish there was a bit more information available. The area is very open and you are free to explore the paths, I donâ
Excellent park with picnic tables and a stream! Kiddo loves chasing the chickens and there is a short trail (about 1 mile long) to walk. Trail pretty well maintained and no big hills.
