Great facility. Carla and the front office are exceptional, efficient, personable and overall good people. Bekim and the maintenance do it all with a smile. Whatever issue arises, he is there and gets it done immediately. The Sheldon is spotless and sanitary and kept that way all day and all week. Great find in Suffern!

This is a fantastic building. The facilities, such as the gym and lounge areas, are top notch and kept in perfect condition. The staff is personable, accommodating and always helpful. A bonus is the free monthly happy hour with appetizers in the lounge where neighbors have a chance to gather and relax. I highly recommend both young adults, families and older individuals move into this wonderful apartment community. We've been here for 3 years and plan to stay as long as possible!

From the day we toured the building and then signed our lease, the staff made everything so easy. We signed our lease online and then just moved in. They maintain the building beautifully. If you need any kind of maintenance, they are there the same day fixing whatever the problem is. They have functions for the whole building to attend in the Club House, which is always fun and a great way to meet the neighbors. We are in the heart of the town of Suffern and can walk everywhere and the train to the city is right across the street. We love it here and our friends visit often because they love the amenities. The persistent spam on the craigslist rental forum for 6+ months comes off as desperate and neurotic. It also ensures I will never consider this as a housing option.

I am so happy that I chose to live here at The Sheldon. We have the best Staff here and the community of people here are so nice friendly and very respectable. I could not have made a better choice. Carla Victoria and Nick provide the utmost professional 5 star service. It feels like an upscale Hotel. These apartments are high end Suites. So clean and smells brand new.This is a dream. Someone please pinch me because this place is Magic. Not many apartments left so get in while you still can. Worth every dollar and you will not be disappointed. I love this place. Highly recommended!

My roommate and I are loving our new home at the Sheldon! We moved in the first week the building opened and have been super pleased. Although there is still construction in the works, we are happy and excited to see the finished work. The gym is nice as well as all the appliances. The staff has been welcoming and helpful whenever any service attention is needed in our home. The town of Suffern is a great place to live, especially at The Sheldon!

Great location, very convenient to get around. Building has all the appliances you would want (washer, dryer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge). Very functional gym, amazing club room with pool table. During the heat wave, our a/c was finicky and the service team fixed it promptly without a hassle. Only non positive feedback is that the garbage/recycling shoot is still hit or miss as people are still moving in and fill it. Other than that, after a long day of work, I look forward to getting back home at the Sheldon in Suffern.

Came to visit a close friend before we attended our 25th High School reunion. Stopped at her house and was really impressed with how friendly one particular worker was. Johnathan helped me throw away all my shoe boxes and shopping bags (i brought tons of outfits for us to try on) and even directed us where to get air for my low tire (things have changed a lot in 20+ yrs up here, and I had no idea what was close). I tried to take the boxes out myself but he insisted after catching me on my way back from the first trip. He was super nice.... Wish I had someone this helpful where I live. Really a true gentleman
