Great gym. All the equipment you need . They keep up on equipment. Accepting atmosphere . The overhead MUSIC is always good ! Nice area for ground workout moves . Clean bathrooms

I like this gym. I have been coming here for a couple of years now and I tend to keep to myself with my workouts and nobody bothers me which I like. I haven't lifted in 10 years and I am happy with the variety of modern equipment. If I didn't have to get to work in the morning. I would work out all day. Staff seems nice and smiles casually when I walk by but I tend to keep to myself. I gave a 4-star review because I agree there probably should be more bathrooms. But overall I enjoy working out here.

Amazing gym with everything you could possibly need and great gym culture!! They have more than just machines and dumbbells. From squat racks, kettle bells, a sled, and extra space for various workouts and stretching. My kiddos love going and spending time in the kids room while I get in a good workout. The staff is very friendly, making us feel welcomed and part of the gym family. We love it here!!

Love MY gym. Have been a member since they opened, and they are constantly expanding there equipment. Just an fyi, they no longer have batting cages, which is perfect. There are three different size tires to flip, battle ropes, plenty of floor space to do ab work and so much more. The staff is amazing, Art, who is usually there most mornings during the week, will make it a point to get to know your name. Incredibly friendly feels very much like family. Don't hesitate to ask any of the staff for advice or assistance! They also have a key fob you can purchase for an extra monthly fee, ($5) so you can have 24 hour access. Plenty of free weights,( they just doubled there selection in the last week) and machines. Family or friend not from here can buy daily access pass. My father in law loves it when he comes to visit. :) They do silver sneakers too! Susie and Cosmo are the most friendly and passionate owners, so say hello!
