Our main drain was clogged and while unclogging it they broke a part of the snake off in the drain. They opened up various parts in the ceiling in the basement looking for the broken off piece assuring us they would have someone close the ceiling when done, but they never found it. They got permission to open up only certain sections of the ceiling but took the liberty to tear out 4 or 5 sections without our approval. At the end of the job, they refused to fix the ceiling leaving us with the expense of having someone else do it and the broken piece still stuck in our drain. This was brought to Todd’s attention and he refused to do anything to make repairs saying our pipes were at fault. Will NEVER call this company again, and deem from this moment on nothing but calamity for the state of their business.

Tom was great. He arrived early, did his thing, cleaned up and headed to his next appointment. Can’t ask for better than that!

Josh took great care of some floor drain and sump pump issues at my parents house today. He walked both my parents and I through the process and job before starting. Very efficient, professional and thorough. I’d highly recommend him!

I have had the Scottish Plumber to my gut rehab home may times over the past few years to remedy suboptimal renovation work. They have been timely, efficient, friendly, and helpful each and every time. The estimates are exact or maybe a little over what I ended up paying. My bathrooms work fantastic now and our backflow valve install has saved our house from flooding multiple times. I can't say enough good things about their quality work and their reasonable costs.

Being from Scotland I thought I might have some good luck with THE SCOTTISH PLUMBER. Basically, I was desperate and willing to try anything. It turned out to be a great choice. They’ve done a fair amount of work for us in the last few years. Unfortunately we bought a house that had quite a few hidden issues, so there was a lot of stuff that needed to be fixed. They have been fantastic. I’ve never felt like I was being upsold, or ripped off. They give a fair estimate and they stick to it. All of the plumbers we’ve dealt with are thorough, clean, courteous, and very knowledgeable. The office staff is really helpful too. I highly recommend THE SCOTTISH PLUMBER.

I had 2 times the experience and they were both great. First, Keith came and fixed a gas leak and second Tony came to install my new washer/dryer and some extra plumbing repairs. Both took the time out to explain what needed to be done. They were both neat in their repairs and clean up. Thanks Keith & Tony!

Great experience. We called and had someone come out within 3 days to give an estimate on a leaky tub drain/pipe. Fixed within 5 minutes! I wouldn't hesitate to call then again if we have any other plumbing issues

I spoke with Jack and he sent out Jaime and Scott and they did an awesome job we had some heavy pipe issues, which required jetting but they were able to get it done. Trust me these are the the people you want to hire they know their stuff. Nothing but high praises for this crew... Professionalism, Communication and Quality work. Jack came the next day to verify everything was done to our satisfaction.
