The Schenectady Inn & Suites - Hotel in Schenectady - 167 Nott Terrace, USA

Please BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BOOK TO THIS HOTEL!!!! We are travelling towards Maine and we stop on this area to get a night rest and Worst experience ever. We run upon seeing the hotel and room we are going to stay!!! First area is not safe! Second upon entering the reception where receptionist is nowhere to find you can smell marijuana and cigarettes all over the place. Upon checking we went ro elevator so dirty with garbage leftover food from mcdonalds left in the floor. Elevator is full of vandalism. Its like a horror movie. We went to the room and on the pathway is smoke of cigarettes and marijuana all over. I can sense some might have drugs session there too. Its not safe. Room carpet has stain blood in the floor. Bed sheet has blood stain too. the whole room is infested with cockroach and bed bugs. Worst worst experience ever! Will not going to areas of New york or this hotel dirtiest area in the east coast!!! Beware its NOT SAFE!!!! We run never stayed!!!! They forfeit whatever we paid too!!!!

Dan definitely sniffs coke he lunges at women who are with their kids and yells at everyone while children are present he has no respect for women Every room is infested with bed bugs and roaches. Dan is not the owner no more its so funny the county state funds this place for people to live in deplorable conditions but would take your kids if you lived by yourself in a place that was infested make it make sense? That place needs to be demolished. Dan 2-3 months ago supposedly sprayed my room while gone came back he had no spray in his hand on my bed on his phone .

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! We had to last minute book a hotel for 4, called in advance to ensure we could book, arrived with a booking for 4, the owner claimed we “booked for 0 people” and tried to hold our credit card overnight even though the payment went through. He then started condescending and yelling at us over the matter, all while being high. NEVER COME HERE.

The owner seems like a very chill man. I really don't have no complaints due to the fact I work but my children are very chill so we are comfortable 🤷‍♀️. I see a lot of snotty reviews but maybe some of you should try to come with some respect. Thank you to the owner for having a safe environment for my children I appreciate it 🙏.

I sent the weekend at the hotel the beds are not comfortable at all It's how to iron at the end of the Is hurting your back very discomfortable I won't recommend this hotal at allll!!!

Do not go here they have roaches and when I walked in the room, it smelled so bad I couldn’t even stay in it. I had to run to the store and get air fresheners and then when I came back, I realized they have roaches and I said oh no and I left.

Made the mistake of booking, then read the reviews, and canceled. Hotel kept the entire booking fee as is their policy, but clearly this is an awful place. Please do not stay here if you can help it!

Do not go to this hotel the staff are rude they took us from out one room and put us in a another room when we had two to begin with the illegally moved are stuff with out our permission or consent the staff called my mom a bitc and screamed and told her to shut up we were getting bit by bedbugs and other insects I would never go in there again me and my kids of 7 so I’m confused why they did that Poor service and people that are not housekeepers go in your room and move stuff without you’re permission
