The restaurant appeared closed when we stopped by lunch yesterday at 12:30. The front door was closed and there were no other cars parked in back; non-existent “curb appeal”. My wife and I have been coming to the former Sayville Inn for over 35 years, but this was our second visit since new ownership. Pros: their cheeseburgers are outstanding! Actually tastes like a burger should, and bonus points for serving it on an English muffin. Very good waffle fries. Cons: Ladies room was dirty and dusty and there were no paper towels. Bartender served us at our table in other bar area, but didn’t bus our table after we had eaten. When we asked if there was a weekday Happy Hour, he had no idea. Nor if they had live music. Reasonably priced, and the space still looks like the classic old version. An owner was on premises, but didn’t come by to ask how everything was. Simple foundation of a good business. Sloppy oversights.
Fall is holding the warmth of Summer with a perfect Sunday for watching the game or having an afternoon lunch. The speciality cocktail, a Cinnamon Whiskey Sour was fabulous- cool and refreshing. The outdoor seating was generous and worked well. Service was friendly and fine. A long time restaurant that continues to serve well.
We used Sayville Inn to cater our family Christmas Party. Food was delicious!! Carl and his staff do an excellent job! Everyone enjoyed all the food!
Very casual place with an extensive menu & specials.
This was a relaxed comfortable lovely place with accommodating friendly staff. Good food, good drinks. We had Steak, lemon chicken, fries, spring rolls, salad, fried calamari. Everything was tasty. This should be your local go to.

Great food and atmosphere. Excellent staff!
Love this quaint family friendly restaurant. Owners & staff are very warm & welcoming. Food is great. They also have a small party room with history. I have reserved several parties here and we are never disappointed. Highly recommend.
Loved having brunch here! We missed the Cross Sound Ferry back to Rhode Island and ended up staying the night in a nearby hotel. We were searching for a place near the Sayville ferry and this popped up. It was worth every moment. The place was PACKED
Tried Yoga for the first time. Enjoyed it immensely. The owner, Roberta, made me welcome right from the start. Within minutes, I was a Yoga person! Very impressive place, absolutely spotless. I will definitely be back.
So glad I was able to finally check this place out! Iâve had the coffee at the local farmerâs market and it tasted great. Happy that the business expanded to a storefront location! As a coffee enthusiast, the cold brew hits the spot! The atmosph
Where do we start ? Lunch or Dinner. Doesnât matter. Dave the owner is a gentleman. Bobby , Bella & Phil are the tenders of the bar they will treat you good & make sure you are at home. âPapiâ In the kitchen will make sure any and everything or
Good place for MTN biking, lots of fun trails. Wash outs, berms and the occasional wooden structures over streams. Some uphill climbing that's worth it when you find the downhill deer trails. Recommend checking out.
It's a really nice place to walking, have pictures taken, historical area with some fun facts and houses from all over Long Island. There's an old school house/chapel you can rent to get married in. Think Little House on the prairie. Great for events
Clean and nice place to have delicious rolls! We ordered garlic edamame, spicy girl roll and mango hawaiian roll and it was all delicious. People are nice and friendly too. Iâd love to come back again. ð£
What a much needed and wonderful addition to Sayville! Main Street is once again bustling with the addition of this coffee house. Co owner Andrew and his staff have been super friendly and helpful, even during their super packed Grand Opening. Clear
1st time I've eaten there and it was really good! There was a 30 minute wait at around 6:45 on a Saturday night so we sat at the bar. Selina, the bartender was attentive. Ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich with cheddar and a salad. The sandwich was
When you walk in, itâs that one smell you need to experience. Youâll know that answer is hot bagels. They have so many different flavors to choose from and I had their beignets and they tasted really good. You may not find a lot of seating, but a
