The S&S Greenway - Park in Statesboro - 600 Gentilly Rd, USA

Nifty little bowshot straight trail. Didn't go far but saw a dozen different bird species 🐦

It's an OK trail if you're a fan of linear trails. It's almost, literally, a straight line. The pros: it's 3-miles, one way, so it's a good trail to get some exercise on if you do it both ways (walk to end, then walk back). The cons: it's an urban trail. And that's ok if you like that but one part parallels a major street.

I enjoy this old Rail ❘❙𝕝X𝕝❙❘ Road bed of a trail. It keeps me in good shape for when I go 𝙊𝙛𝙛 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙡, in the mountains, National Parks, and W.M.A.'s. There is what's left of a small creek that runs down at the Statesboro end of the trail, I enjoy seeing the wildlife in that area. The trail is infested with Copper Heads, so use caution; watch where you step, and be mindful of where your pet goes sniffing around. I've met some interesting people as well, all walks of life.

I great leisurely paved trail, with a little bit of everything to see from farmland to wetlands to woods.

It was super rainy and I got soaked but still a nice little walk. Saw some swamp-like areas with cyprus, deer, mushrooms, and greenery. Peaceful walk until you come up on the Olive Garden area where it's kind of loud in whatever building is there and smells kinda funky.

Nice clean path! If there were water fountains on the trail, I'd rate it a 5! There's cool mile markers and podiums, tho!

I only got to visit for 45 minutes, due to a storm that brought a huge downpour, but I loved seeing the Birds of prey and the amazing colorful arrangement of ducks!

Great trail to go for a bike ride. Will return!
