The Saint Hotel, New Orleans, French Quarter, Autograph Collection - Hotel in New Orleans - 931 Canal St, USA

We stayed at The Saint for our annual girls trip. WE LOVED IT!! EXTREMELY clean, large room, comfy bed. The staff couldn't have been nicer!! We were always greeted when we came back from an excursion. They gave good recommendations for restaurants. They also helped with our apps for walking around the city. We plan to go back to NOLA next year. WE WILL stay at The Saint!

Located on the edge of the French Quarter and a short walk to Bourbon Street, The Saint is in the action. Within walking distance for most activities. ||Nice hotel with a unique style. Comfortable rooms. Large bathrooms are nice. There is a minibar (with paid treats). ||Hallways are lit blue with each room door covered in a historic photo. ||Staff is friendly and attentive. ||Restaurant is good with a decent menu.

This Hotel is a great stay. It was only 2 blocks away from the strip and the host in the breakfast spot, his name was Armad (or something like that), but he was so happy to tell us about the upgrades and amenities on the property. He even took us over to the bar, which was closed, just to show us the venue and the tour. Every single employee was just so nice as well.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in by far. It's located right next to the Ritz Carlton the room was enormous and spacious. The staff was so nice and pleasant, even gave us great sites to visit while there. The lobby was absolutely gorgeous and I wish I would of had a video but I simply forgot. Will definitely be staying here again when I come back to New Orleans!!

The valet driver literally stole our car and ran errands in it prior to bringing it us. He gets out with 2 or 3 dozen roses that he picked up between the garage and front of the hotel, which explains why it took 40 minutes to get our vehicle (we didn't see him at all for 40 minutes, not like he was bringing other cars around). Alerted the front desk and they offered to comp a night of our stay without us asking, which I thought was more than fair. The next morning we're checking out and the assistant manager at the front desk refused to comp the night, and frankly didn't seem very concerned that the valet driver was running errands in our vehicle. Location is great, rooms were clean, and the hotel bar is very good, but their customer service is horrendous. I'll never stay here again.

Great location and nicely decorated and front desk service staff were great. |I did not like the old toilet with stains, an old coffee maker. I would have given 4 stars until I saw a roach on the chair. I can't even imagine what else is crawling around.

My first trip to New Orleans, I blindly selected this hotel without knowing anything about it. So glad I did. My plane arrived at 7am, I went to the hotel just to drop off my bags as I knew check in wasn't until 4pm. To my surprise, they were able to give me a room right away. Shortly after I got to my room, I received a phone call from the front desk asking if everything was to my satisfaction. I don't remember the lady that checked me in and called me but she was pleasant (8am on 5/13/24 if you're able to find out) the young gentleman at the breakfast cafe the next day was super polite and attentive. Overall everything about the stay at this hotel was exceeded my expectations. I think I even caught a ghost on camera. This will definitely be my hotel from now on.

We are here now and this hotel is amazing! The staff are sooo nice! The rooms and bed is awesome. And this sweet gesture they did for us for our anniversary!! Pic below! We LOVE this hotel. We definitely will be back and tell friends!! Thank you for such a great stay so far!
