Great - remodeled motel for a small town. Our room was very clean, modern and nice. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was top notch. The fridge, microwave and well stocked coffee bar in the room were better than most Hilton, Marriott etc I usually stay at. Would definitely recommend and stay here again
Great value and customer service. Worked with Melissa and she was very accommodating and friendly. Very sleek and modern rooms and it was nice having a separate room where we could set our toddler's travel crib up. Only two minor improvements to suggest. The sliding bathroom door is mostly a visual barrier and noise from showering, flushing, or using the sink is not dampened much. Especially nerve racking when an, angry if woken toddler, is sleeping nearby. Secondly maybe at least one rug in the pet friendly rooms as our dog seemed in need of a more grip positive safe haven.
This is a marvelous, colorful, comfortable diamond in the rough. I was not expecting this from the outside, admittedly, but I was blown away by the amenities, fluffy mattresses, and overall great quality of the rooms. Everything's brand new. The beds, TV, the bathroom fixtures, everything is new or recently renovated. Newer Keurig machine, microwave, and mini fridge in our room. The decoration is wonderful. Everything is colorful and chic. A great night's sleep. Would definitely recommend to friends.
Very clean and quiet motel. ||My husband stayed here on an earlier trip through the area and enjoyed it. We too enjoyed the room but were quite put off by the sign in our room -- it took much of the "friendly and enjoyable" aspect out of the stay.||We'll think twice before choosing this overnight again - we didn't feel welcome despite the tidy and revamped motel. Exceptionally clean. Simple. Quiet.
Worst customer service possible. Called and made the reservation and told them we would have two pets confirmed the price with them on the phone then got charged more money. I was not impressed with the way we were treated. We have stayed at this hotel in the past under different ownership and never had a problem. This will be the last time we will ever stay at this place. I have worked in hotels and would have never spoke to a guest the way we were spoked to. I have been to Saratoga a lot and most of the time people treat others with respect and consideration and not glare at them and treat them like you are less than them. The rooms are very nice but the management is not worth it. I would recommend going to a different hotel in Saratoga.
I wish I had taken more photos. I had forgotten only older photos came up on Google. My room was completely remodeled and BEAUTIFUL! The mattress was super comfortable. The whole room was very clean. The well stocked Keurig was a big bonus! I wish I had booked 2 nights! The parking lot is small, so be aware if you have a larger vehicle. As to the rude sign and rags mentioned in another review…I can completely understand this from the business owner’s point of view. People forget we are borrowing someone else’s property while there. Could the sign be better worded…yes. But it is a good reminder to be a decent human and respect the property.
Don’t judge based on exterior appearance. The rooms (#2) was functional, clean and recently updated. Five stars given based on price/value, which is excellent. Host was a character, but very helpful. Saratoga is a nice town so explore.
Very clean nice room. Sleek minimal design very modern. Great comfortable bed and bedding. Quality sheets, blankets and pillows. The Queen room has a full size bed not a queen. Coffee selection was great. Lots of options for quality coffee and a very nice kerreg. Was very impressed at the condition of the place. Hidden gem. The no contact check in was new for me but worked great. I did try for late checkout but could not reach anyone via phone or email. We will be back!
Really terrific local museum with Wyoming and Saratoga history galore. Highly recommend that you visit the caboose it's in unrestored condition and probably one of a kind in the world. I especially enjoyed the different old saddles and the display of
Loved staying at Hotel Wolf. Great experience. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and no key for our room but popped across the street to the cantina and able to get help from the bartender who knew how to get ahold of someone. Our stay was superb. Wil
