Only $12 for admission into the gardens. The entire grounds are beautiful. The nursery is free to visit. I could easily spend a few hours here. The restrooms are clean. There are water fountains and a gift shop. There is a nice little play ground beside the gift shop. There is also a bicycle repair station near the entrance, in the parking lot.
This public dry garden is a jewel box! Small but full of beautiful vistas in every direction. I also appreciate that they were dog-friendly, my little dogs walked on the leash part of the time and then we switched to their stroller. Also, this garden stocks one or two wheelchairs with wide wheels that you can reserve —we look forward to returning with a disabled family member. They have a small but well-curated gift shop that was fun to explore. It’s a great benefit to be a member, as you can enjoy free admission at a number of gardens / arboretums. Plus I got a 1-year subscription to Better Homes & Gardens included with my other member benefits.
This place has an amazing collection of cacti, succulents, trees, and other unique plants. It takes about an hour or two to explore the beautiful gardens. The entrance has a cute nursery with lovely plants.
Fun garden, well kept and just all out crazy succulents, dry plants. Take a tour to better understand garden and get history of the garden and Ruth herself. Small intimate garden. Plant sale prices are reasonable. Offers specialized dirt for luecondendrons et all.
A well kept succulent garden with a fun winter charity experience. Recommend coming during an evening event if possible, with lights in the gardens.
Love this place. Transported to a different world full of succulents and cacti from across the globe. They've got a good nursery too!
Enjoyed this first trip to the garden today. So many things were blooming. Just bear in mind it can get very hot! There are shady places to sit, however. My husband joined the garden, but they put the expiration date on his new pass as today's date, so not sure how that will impact future visits or visits to other gardens.
Wonderful garden large enough for a gentle walk. Pathways are dirt and gravel but well maintained. The front kiosk offers guides to what is currently in bloom. The nursery has an incredible variety of well-cared plants at reasonable prices. Most offerings are native species or succulents. The staff were wonderful and knowledgeable about the plants they are selling!

Congratulations on Re-opening Day this past Saturday! My first time thanks to Nicole & Aaron for the invite. Loved that we got the "last bottle" of Sonoma Valley red blend - it was smooth. The music was awesome but the atmosphere was really fun, i
