The Rusty Parrot Lodge and Spa - Featured Reviews (68)
The Rusty Parrot is simply AMAZING! It was the best hotel we stayed at on a week-long trip. The staff is so welcoming - extra thanks to Jennifer at the front desk and Bruce who helped us with our bags and valeted our car. The rooms are stunning, and the bed is oh-so-comfortable. The location is perfect - it was a short walk to Jackson Town Square and the surrounding shops and restaurants. ||The little touches were such a plus, too - cold water with limes in the lobby, coffee and tea in the library (and cookies!) and red apples at the front desk. We are already talking about when we can return for a longer visit - including a visit to their spa.
The Rusty Parrot just reopened after a four-year closure and renovation due to fire. We arrived for a four-night stay the day after it reopened. From start to finish, our stay at the hotel was amazing. The staff in the lobby is friendly, accommodating, and generous with their time and efforts. The rooms are beautiful and well-appointed. We stayed in a third floor double queen room with a beautiful view of Snow King Mountain. The beds are extremely comfortable, the sheets and bedding are luxurious, and the balcony was a nice place to sit and enjoy the view. Roomed are cleaned/refreshed twice a day.|What sets the Rusty Parrot above and beyond other hotels are the service and the amenities. Jennifer at the front desk took care of restaurant reservations (make them before you arrive) and day trips- we recommend a private, guided hike with The Hole Hiking Experience, the Via Ferrara adventure expedition, paragliding, and the Jackson Hole Wilderness Safari (with the 2 hour float down the Snake River add on). The hotel has bikes and e-bikes available for guests and we took advantage of them every day. Patrick, the restaurant manager was a font of knowledge, and we LOVED the spa at the hotel for massages.|It is wonderful that the Rusty Parrot is back! You will not be disappointed!
If you are looking for a hotel that understands hospitality then the Rusty Parrot is the place. My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights a few days after they reopened. From the valet to the front desk to the bellman, restaurant staff, and housekeeping. The staff is second to none. I would like to mention Jennifer who was instrumental in making us feel welcomed as if we were the only guests. The beds were like sleeping on clouds. We walked into town and explored all the wonderful bars and restaurants. However, we dined at the in house restaurant several times and were super impressed with the food and the service. The food is Michelin star quality and the chef, Hugo is doing a phenomenal job at the helm. We ended up eating dinner there 2 of the 3 nights because it was just that good. We loved the location and were easily able to drive to the mountain for hiking and to the stables for horseback riding. Thank you to everyone at the Rusty Parrot for helping me celebrate my birthday. You guys are killing it! Thank you!
If you are looking for a luxury small boutique hotel in the heart of Jackson Hole look no further! The Newly renovated Hotel is just the spot to explore Jackson Hole. The front desk staff (Jennifer, Tammy and Colleen) were all so helpful in assisting with reservations and making sure we had everything we need for a wonderful family vacation. The Spa is incredible especially after a long day of hiking. I highly recommend a massage from Jaden. The Wild Sage restaurant and bar are warm and relaxing areas to grab a drink and mingle with other guests. The beds are so comfortable with luxury Sferra linens its hard to get up and out of bed when the alarm goes off. We will absolutely be coming back!
If I could give it 10 stars, I would! This place is absolutely first class, luxury, and everything you could hope for. The staff makes you feel like a real VIP. The restaurant is top notch, albeit with a small menu. The breakfast was outstanding. I hope I get the opportunity to go back to this sensational place. Shout out to Mert making us feel welcome each and every time we entered or left. You will not regret this place.
We stayed at Rusty Parrot over July 4th weekend, just as they were reopening following a rebuild due to a fire and our stay was absolutely fantastic. I couldn’t recommend it more. Typically hotel openings are rife with teething problems - Rusty Parrot however felt like it had been open for years, in the best way. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and extremely comfortable with particular attention paid to all of the smallest details (even special additions for our baby such as teddy bears, baby soaps and an extremely clean crib). The beds and pillows were perfect - to the point that I’ve emailed the hotel for details so that I can order the mattresses and pillows for our house. The staff were kind, genuine and friendly. Bruce and Jennifer particularly stood out as sincerely caring, as did Nick in the restaurant (who has a colorful life story living all around the world!). Bruce even personally offered to go to the store and run an errand for us when I mentioned we needed something for our one year old!! Mr Harrison, the owner, was on property from the early morning into the evening; it was clear how much he genuinely cared about his hotel, his staff and his guests and how hospitable he was, which definitely trickles down to his team. In a world full of chain hotels cutting corners for better margins and not genuinely caring about hospitality, our stay at Rusty Parrot was incredibly refreshing and we wish them absolute success. I highly recommend a stay here if you’re ever in the Jackson area. We will be back!!!
Had a brief but fantastic stay at the newly reopened Rusty Parrot. The guest service was 10/10. Due to an unexpected schedule change I requested an unusually early check in time and they accommodated that which was incredible. Really nice attention to detail in room service. Exceptionally clean, comfortable, beautiful decor and setting. Dare I say rivals the four seasons. I’ll be back!
What an amazing experience. The hotel is outstanding and in a perfect location in Jackson. The hotel and restaurant staff went out of their way to make our visit comfortable and memorable. Special thanks to Jennifer, Haley, Hannah and Zach for going out of their way to make our stay special.
My husband and I recently stayed here for a brief 4 day getaway. We had a wonderful experience. The Aman staff is lovely, the rooms are great and the views are amazing! The food at their in-house restaurant was also superb. We travel often and have s

The staff was great, and the room was fantastic. You will have yo pay for any snacks from the lobby, however, and the lobby itself is not open 24 hours. So if you choose this place be sure to arrive during office hours. Otherwise you may have some pr

Fun unique restaurant/bar. Service was really good. We enjoyed homemade bison chili, mushroom soup and chowder. All so good! Also had the lunch special, similar to a turkey club and the Bison burger. Bison burger was lean and tasty! Highlight recomme
