So wonderful to be able to walk in and just say your size and what you kinda like, and Caleb (the receipt said that so i hope it was him) comes out with TWO pairs both cute, just my style and fit and then once’s on sale. Nice work. Gave me some great knowledge, friendly and wasn’t slightly upset I came in closer to closing time. Love it. So easy and I always feel I can trust them. Both employees rocked! 🤩
I went to the Lee's Summit store looking for a new pair of running shoes that would address the pain I was experiencing with my current running shoes. Angela helped me and was extremely helpful and patient! She examined my stride and recommended several pairs based on my stride and my description of my pain. It took time due to getting on the treadmill with every pair but we finally got it the selection paired down to what felt the best. Again, thank you Angela for your knowledge and your patience!
We went to the Lees Summit and Brittany was out sales associate. She was so knowledgeable about plantar fasciitis what too look for and how to fit.(wish the first 2 sales people knew this if I would of been in there 1 week earlier I wouldn’t have to buy another pair)
My sister(aka mom) (that one is for you Brittany!!) she just had 4 surgeries and I can’t tell you how helpful Brittany was to be honest and patient with us. Kudos to you! Running store she is a true asset.
Amazing first experience. School athlete needed supportive and cushioned shoes to practice in. Fitting and customized selection was quick. Great place to find track shoes!!
I bought these HOKA shoes about a month ago and went on a10-day sightseeing tour throughout the US with lots of walking and my feet never got tired or cramped up even with my Neuropathy. They worked great. I highly recommend.
First time at this store. Hubby wasn't interested in paying a lot for shoes but I convinced him to give it a shot as he walks a LOT in his job.
The young man seemed very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in our specific situation. He had hubby walk in treadmill and watched how he walked. Then he recommended and explained several shoe options.
Husband, in the end, chose a pair of shoes and agreed that they did feel different than other shoes he's ever worn.
Went in wanting a new pair of shoes to help with my new job where I stand a lot on concrete. I explained that to Robert the salesman and he recommended a few pairs and helped explain how things work to know more what I’ll need more. I got a Hoka pair and feel very good about my purchase. I highly recommend this store for the wealth of knowledge the employees have. Will be going back whenever I need another pair!
Robert provided excellent consultation on the attributes of each shoe style that would fit with my running goals. I also liked the store layout that felt fresh and clean. Will definitely return for future purchases.
