We had our wedding at the Ruins on 8/5/23 and it was an amazing experience! Ryan and Elody were great to work with leading up to the day and Michael was a great bartender for the evening - very friendly and personable! The ruins is a beautiful venue for a wedding. We had so many people complimenting our venue choice!
What an amazing venue! It was mid 90s yet felt cool under the trees. Arrive early and you can snag a balcony chair.
This was my first visit to this place! It is a super cool outdoor music venue. It's got enough space to not feel crowded. They allowed children for the first set of music and then have them out of the venue for the later sets, maybe 8pm? I don't remember what time they disappeared exactly. The drink selection is reasonable. I can't believe they trust patrons with glasses vs. Plastic cups, but I didn't hear any shatters during the show I saw there. They had a handful of fun vendors inside that were really fun to browse. They have enough restrooms close enough to the venue. All in all, I'd love to see more shows here,
A great spot. Feels like a casual spot for locals and a rare treat with live upbeat music big enough to dance. There's a Grotto bar away from the dance floor if you'd like a bit of space.
The Ruins hosted our wedding this year and everything went so great I wanted to give them a shout out. Communication was great leading up to the event. There’s separate getting ready areas for the wedding parties. The organization of the event and transition from ceremony to reception (which was in the same area) was all really fast. It also has a very unique look that I don’t think many venues have in Oregon. Definitely would get married here again if we could.
Very cool music venue. The music is good, they have 2 bar areas with one near the entrance and another through a wall opening where it is a little more private where you can talk easier with ample seating. The main bar serves beer, wine, cider. There is also a pizza truck outside, Solstice, where they sell by the slice or the while pizza. Many people dance on the floor in front of the band and everyone seems to be having a great time. Also is kid friendly because there were several families there.
Tuesday nights are always fun for live music. This is a great venue which showcases local musical talent. Would be perfect for special occasions such as weddings or other gatherings.
Saw Lyrics Born. Expected it to be outdoors, but it was indoors. Nice venue with easy access to the bar and bathrooms. Good parking
Best breakfast sandwich I have had In a very long time, hands down. Golden Goods sweeps you into an inviting space, with fresh baked aromas, and smiling faces. Don't miss out on a stop at Golden Goods, your mind and body with thank you!
Killer street tacos! These are so authentic you'll feel like you're in Mexican beach town, and they won't break the bank either! The adobada, carne asada, and pork carnitas are excellent.

Surprising little gem of a brew pub. Small tap list focused more on German style beers. Friendly service. Freshnet Helles was very good, Kolsch beer as well. Worth a visit.
Great place! Clean rooms with a modern vibe. I appreciate the convenience of being able to get right in to the room without having to deal with checkin. Some people mentioned road noise but we slept until 8:00 one day which has probably never happene
This is our second time visiting the highway. And a second time doing it on E bikes. It is a wonderful ride. A combination of hikers and bicyclists. The road is wide and well taken care of. I am sure you could easily hike or ride a regular bike as we
Kelsey just sold me a running experience in the form of a running shoe. My daughter told me that this place is awesome and I totally agree. Sorry Jeff Bezos...I am coming here for future purchases.
I make it a point to stop here whenever I am in Hood River. I love this place and have been coming here for years. The owner was very friendly and helped me find the book I was looking for very quick. I always find the funniest stickers here. This ti
