We felt really fortunate to find ourselves at the Rockwell Inn. The location is great because it’s close enough to the action (the Square and surrounding streets) to easily walk there but just off the edge so that we didn’t get the crowds. Plus, the Grand Tetons NP is just down the road. The buildings were clean and pretty. Staff was super helpful and competent. Everything about our room and bathroom was pleasing (we got upgraded to a suite). The breakfast was adequate, not gourmet but just basic breakfast food which was filling and set us up for a day of hiking in the park. And they have a laundry room which was handy as we had been on the road for a couple of weeks. So yeah, stay here. We will when we come back.

This hotel was excellent and so clean it would pass a white glove test!! Breakfast was included, and it was great! Best of all, the bathroom floors were heated!! We stayed at four different hotels on our stay. We moved around through Jacksonhole through Yellowstone. Rockwell was the cleanest, most comfortable hotel out of all of them!! From a rating of 1 to 5, they bypassed the 5-star rating!!

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. It was clean and comfortable, offered a delicious breakfast, and was perfectly situated for walking into Jackson. And you can't beat warm chocolate chip cookies and fruit water or lemonade every afternoon. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. My family would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. Parking was easy. The continental breakfast was good. The shower was bad. Pressure wavered alot and a rainhead shower. Not everyone wants their hair wet. There were no shelves of any kind to put soap or shampoo.

Great location, great breakfast. We had a king suite with jetted tub and we loved it. Great way to relax after a long day of hiking and sightseeing. Breakfast was above standards for usual hotel breakfast - eggs, bacon, sausage and biscuits and gravy were all good. We would definitely stay here again.

On a recent stay, my wife and I asked for a quieter room, which they assured us we were getting and it was next to the breakfast/meeting area. Dishes start crashing at 6am. They also had evening events in the space that were loud. Either the staff doesn't know what a quiet room means or they thought it was funny to put us there. The hotel is along a main road so that was on top of the sounds of traffic, especially motorcycles. Way overpriced at $500+ for an average room and low water pressure in the shower.

Great location! Loved the room. Clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was really good. Only complaint I have is the pool. Very small, outdated, old and the bottom of it looks dirty. Doesn't match the elegance of the hotel.

Remodeled hotel in Jackson. This was a very nice hotel within walking distance of all of the main shops and restaurants in Jackson. The room was very nice and newly remodeled. We had a suite with large seating area with frig, microwave and coffee. The sleeping area was very nice and large also. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was quite large with a heated floor. |Breakfast is provided but was very crowded so we did not eat it. |Very nice hotel for staying in Jackson.
