I have been doing personal training sessions at the Rock with Coach Darin Carr for over 6 months. Coach Carr is amazing to work with!! He pushes me to give my best each training session. He is kind, respectful, patient, very observant, has amazing listening skills, high emotional intelligence and always takes the time to explain things in detail. All the instructors are friendly and the gym has a very warm, welcoming environment. I have noticed significant improvements in my over all health, fitness and energy levels. I enjoy all my sessions and look forward to continuing my fitness journey with Coach Carr.

We love The Rock! Our son has been doing taekwondo there for over a year and a half and we are so impressed. The masters not only want them to do well in class but out of class as well. My son was struggling with behavior issues at school and Master Carr took time to sit down with him, encourage him, and come up with a plan to improve! Highly recommend!

My son has been in the Little Ninja program for over a year now and we absolutely love The Rock. He has become very passionate and committed to taekwondo thanks to Master Carr, Master Prueitt, and Ms. Yazzmine. They are all amazing at their craft, but even more amazing as instructors. They are teaching much more than martial arts all in a warm and inviting way. You can tell they care deeply and have a vested interest in seeing all of the Ninjas succeed. We recommend The Rock to anyone we know looking for a martial arts studio!

1 14 24 Update. Still the best. Check out their newest self defense classes and parents night out events. We've been a part of The Rock family for over a year now. The Little Nina class they have builds confidence, team work, memory, discipline, focus, and so much more. The classes continue to push our kids to excellence and test their limits. Love seeing the kids grow here in the Rock martial arts program. 9-24-22 Update- Greatful to have such a supportive business in the community. Not only are they a top notch martial arts studio, they also contribute to the community. Thank you for your help with our school fundraisers and being there for the events!

This place is fantastic! Instructors are kind, knowledgeable and work well with their students. My son and I both attend - great for all ages. Highly recommend giving The Rock a try, drop by the studio!!

Watching my son grow from a shy and quiet kid...to a kid that has confidence and "power" is amazing! All of the instructors are AMAZING with their skills, patience, knowledge and understanding that kids will be kids. My son applies the skills he is learning here, at the ROCK, to everything he does at school and at home. I will definitely be signing my younger son, once he's old enough, up for training here!

Our family has participated at the Rock for over a decade. My son started Taekwondo in kindergarten. As a consequence of this training, he is a healthy confident young man. In addition to self-defense, he has learned respect, self-control and focus. The teaching staff is amazing--They genuinely care about each and every student. The Rock has also been wonderful for our family as we all take fitness kickboxing together. There are other martial arts schools, but the Rock is a truly unique and quality program.

The Rock has helped my boys gain confidence and respect through martial arts. Master Carr and Andrew are great with the kids and are especially patient with our son who is autistic. It’s been so good to see my kids grow as people through their programs. On another note, after a few months of watching my kids participate I decided to throw my hat in the ring as well. I’ve really enjoyed learning the ways of Taekwondo. All of the instructors and students are respectful and encouraging. Highly recommend.
