The most amazing super host & BnB experience we have ever had! We stayed 3 nights & enjoyed every breakfast made from our host Eric tremendously. We loved his high quality level 5 star service so much, we couldn't wait to wake up to see Eric to start our day! We didn't want to go home! Breakfast, room, view, hottub, communications, every detail made us feel like we were with family we loved! Eric is a genuine authentic man with a heart to serve & provided anything you might need. We stopped at the River Cove on our way from Glacier to Crater Lake during a 4 week tour of western National Parks. What a delightful surprise. Our host, Eric, was friendly and efficient. The suite was outstanding with great views of the cove, a private balcony off the sitting room and very comfortable bedroom. He even accommodated our early morning departure with eggs, sausage, French toast and fruit.|Highly recommend staying here!!

We spent three nights at River Cove as the first leg of our anniversary get-away before driving to Seattle. The place was beautifully kept and the service was superb. Eric was a great host as well as a talented cook - with wonderful breakfast's that he tailored to meet the needs of my wife (who is plant-based) while I enjoyed the Huckleberry pancakes. I'm still trying to get Eric to share his recipe for chocolate-chip coconut oatmeal cookies. ||River Cove was like an oasis - tucked next to a lake and surrounded by vegetation and a meticulously manicured greenery. Sitting out back - with the view of the lake and the sound of the water stream feature running over the rocks as it cascaded down the hill - was soooo relaxing. Being so close (10 minutes) to CDA without getting caught up in the "tourism" of it all was a real plus. We're hoping to make it an annual trip in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at River Cove! Eric was a great host and provided great suggestions for dinners and activities. We stayed in the Mallard Suite and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed a swim in the Spokane below the home, as well as the short drive to Coeur d'Alene and the beaches, bike rides and scenery of the area. Also enjoyed visiting with the other guests during our stay! BTW, Eric, our friends found our camera in their trunk during the Seeley Lake leg of our trip! Thanks for checking, though!

Eric and Roz are wonderful hosts. They will bring you coffee in the morning, a wonderful breakfast on a beautiful terrace, and cookies in the afternoon. The rooms are immaculate. The grounds are amazing. Ask for the Riverview room and listen to the running water all night. Our stay was lovely and we will be back.

Beautiful location above a Spokane River cove, off the beaten path. Eric and his wife have created a great B&B. Eric has done a great job of landscaping and maintenance. Our room was very nice, roomy, with our own bath. Stayed 2 nights; both breakfasts were very good. Eric is definitely a people person and can provide good advice about the area. Very enjoyable stay.

My wife and I came to Northern Idaho and Spokane on a get-away Anniversary Celebration. We were not disappointed. Eric made us a delicious breakfast in the morning and he was very accommodating of our schedule. We stayed in the Mallard King Suite which has a fireplace in the separate sitting room. Coffee was available and ready to go for us before our breakfast. In addition, when we arrived fresh baked cookies were waiting in our room. Additional coffee, water and orange juice was served with our fantastic breakfast. A person will not leave here hungry. The B&B backs to a public park with a cove Truly a beautiful piece of|property. The room is dated but it is obviously well maintained, clean and again well appointed.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Glacier National Park. It’s just past Spokane and just a few minutes from Couer d’Alene. It’s at the back of a neighborhood tucked away and overlooks a cove of the Spokane River. We stayed in the Mallard Suite and our son stayed downstairs. Both areas have private bathrooms and sitting areas. Both were very comfortable. We went into Couer for dinner and a nice walk. After a great nights sleep Eric cooked us a great breakfast and we were in our way. Could see us coming back to explore more in the future and would definitely stay here. Highly recommend.

Their single malt whiskey is single handedly some of the best whiskey I have ever had. Smooth and easy drinking, no unpleasant aftertaste, just the right mix of bitter and sweet. Way way better than your traditional whiskies sold in liqour stores. I

Friendly staff, good drinks. A little confused on why I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and got a packet of cream cheese and a knife to do it myself. If I would have wanted to do that I would have made one at home instead of getting crumbs all over

Was a great trail very clean and pretty. Only issue I've had is people thinking there above the rules and letting there dogs run around without a leash.
