Again, an excellent stay. Maybe our 6th visit, and it is still wonderful. Mostly due to the impeccable staff. |Arriving to our room, Madzid , who was helping with our luggage, was perceptive to enough to see it was not exactly the location we were hoping for. |Without any prompting on our part, he discretely found us the perfect room. |He could not do enough to make our stay extraordinary. Thank you, an incredible asset to the property. |Our annual visit to The Edge was also perfection. Daniel and staff were amazing, as always.

We stayed at the height of summer when it was very, very hot. The hotel is in an amazing location high above the desert valley. Some really good views.||We booked a firepit room (no idea why it was 105 degrees!!) and it looked amazing. Huge room with 2 very comfortable beds.||Great pool and pool bar.||Staff were amazing. Really freindly (JR by the pool and Gerald in the restauarant).

**Review: The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life** I never thought I’d be writing such a review, but our stay (or should I say lack of stay) at the Ritz Carlton Rancho Mirage was an absolute disaster. As a father traveling with my pregnant wife, we were expecting a relaxing and welcoming environment. What we got instead was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon arrival, after a long and tiring journey, we were informed at the front desk that my credit card was being declined due to some "security issue." It turned out there was a reading error, something entirely beyond our control. Rather than helping us resolve the situation, the hotel staff just turned us away, as if we were a burden. No alternative solutions were offered, no compassion, nothing. My wife, who is heavily pregnant, was left standing in the lobby, exhausted and stressed, while we were essentially told to find somewhere else to go. This level of indifference from what is supposed to be a world-class hotel is absolutely shocking. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of empathy and basic human decency shown by the staff at the Ritz Carlton Rancho Mirage is unforgivable. We weren’t asking for special treatment—just some help, or even just a little understanding. If you're looking for a place where you and your family will be treated with respect and decency, I highly recommend staying far away from this hotel. Our experience was beyond disappointing. It was dehumanizing. Never again!

Came here for a weekend stay and loved it. The room is spacious and the bathroom is huge with a giant tub. I love how it has a separate shower and a tub. And the toilet is another separate room. Even with 2 queen beds there’s still plenty of space in the room. The whole resort is beautiful with plenty to enjoy. We brought our 3 years old daughter and she enjoyed walking around in the resort and also in the Rita kids club. ||In the kids club theres a pool table, foosball, tv, drawing station, restroom, toys and books. Besides the lobby there are 3 other rooms all connected with open space. There are plenty of drawing supplies including markers, crayons, color pencils and giant drawing pad. ||We didn’t get to try the edge steakhouse since we didn’t make reservation but we tried the state fare bar and kitchen. We had dinner and breakfast there. For dinner we ordered salmon, tofu pad Thai and mussels. The salmon is wonderful but we didn’t like the tofu pad Thai nor the mussels. We thought the mussels will come in a soup but turned out it’s on a plate with just a few mussels and 2 big toast of bread. And the tofu pad Thai has fried tofu and very wide rice noodle. Totally not what we had in mind when we ordered a pad Thai. The ambience is very nice though. Next time we shall try the steak instead. ||The pool is very big and since it’s summer time the water isn’t cold at all. We waited till around 8 to go in and it’s actually not too bad. Even though the temperature is still around 100 but you don’t feel as bad. ||The parking is $50 per night and the resort fee is another $50.||There’s a small boutique shop in the resort but with limited food and drink in there. But the room service dining is 24 hours which is very nice.||Over all we had a wonderful stay at the resort and we like it very much. We will definitely be back.

Such a beautiful hotel both inside and out! Once you walk through those doors you know you’re going to enjoy your stay. Joe our front desk attendant was exceptional! Very friendly and helpful! Each day he was there he greeted us and was so wonderful in helping out with directions etc. The views are astounding! Rooms are very clean and comfortable! Make sure you have lunch at the State Fair and sit at the bar. DJ our bartender both days was also exceptional! He took his time explained the large line of tequila they have and was very engaging and friendly! We really enjoyed having lunch both days with him as our bartender. Everyone was amazing!

I have stayed at the Ritz Carlton Rancho Mirage for over a decade but this stay in August of 2024 was absolutely incredible because of the front desk staff member named non-other than Joni. She helped us enjoy our stay and allowed us to rest and enjoy all the facets of this property. My husband and I booked spa appointments and enjoyed the private jacuzzi, cold plunge, dry sauna, steamed spaces and aromatherapy showers that each had different infused sents ; Eucalyptus, Lemon and even Mango. The spa is open until 6pm each day so it would be smart to plan for a solid 4 hour time frame with time on most sides of the treatment you book. The entire property has also been refreshed in such a great way - the decor has now a natural mid century flow with the lobby bar still remaining that bold gold and orange. We love it! The gym attendant Miguel was also quite wonderful and always happy to see us. The spa gift shop sells the candles you want - as each property has its very own smell and this is truly one you should own, as well

This past weekend, my wife and I celebrated our first anniversary at the Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage. It was exactly what we needed to unwind and reconnect. The place itself is incredible - everything's designed to make you feel pampered. The staff were top-notch. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional, but Cristian at the front desk deserves a special mention. He went the extra mile to ensure our stay was flawless. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway with impeccable service, the Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage won't disappoint. We'll definitely be back for another stay in the future.

For the amount of Marriott Bonvoy points it cost to stay at this hotel I would say it is worth the splurge. Honestly not sure why the hotel gets so many negative reviews as I felt the hotel was a lot nicer than reviews seem to give it credit for.||The front desk and staff were all really friendly. Anitha at check in was kind and explained the activities that were available to us during our short stay. My wife and I really enjoyed how spacious the room was. The beds here were really nice and soft, although I could see how it may be too soft for some.||Overall we enjoyed our mini vacation and hope to be back.
