I had an amazing experience at The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami. This was my fourth hotel stay in Miami, and I must say, it stood out for its exceptional quality. I stayed in a spacious suite with a living room, one bedroom, and two bathrooms. The suite was beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. I stayed for five days and even visited the spa for the first time, which was a wonderful experience. The price for the hotel was fantastic, offering great value for such luxury. While I did have to wait four hours for my room to be ready, and it wasn't as clean as expected initially, the staff quickly resolved the issue by giving us a new room within 20 minutes. The only downside was that the beach at the hotel wasn't the best. Overall, the experience was great, and I'd highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Miami.

We spent 5 days at this location and will be returning again. A few items like high resort fees are common across Miami, but there is additional value staying at this specific Ritz. Beautiful Spa, great facilities and a large space below the main floor. ||The only negatives preventing a 5 star review related to the pool and beach service, it was less classy than what you'd find inside the hotel. Workers doing less than the desired effort and definitly a lack of security out back. ||Upstairs the staff is top notch, great hospitality and fabulous accommodations with beautiful rooms. Christina Sakalidis stands out in partuclar with excellent customer service and helped ensure our stay was top class. Thank you Christina, we will be back!

Today I went and got a daybed at the Ritz Carlton and Lazaro, Kenley, and Bens Provided me with amazing customer service, and brought me complimentary sunscreen and water upon arrival. It was a phenomenal day, and Giovanni was an amazing server, very attentive. The beach water was refreshing, and even though the sun was in and out I still got my tan. The property was very well kept and I thank Ein for recommending me to this beautiful Hotel. I rate it 10/10 would definitely come back again.

Absolutely wonderful! Service can't be beat. Attentive, kind, and not over-the-top. | When we checked in, Lucio graciously welcomed us and gave us the most incredible room which started out a perfect stay. Quiet, intimate for a Ritz, beautiful beach right at Haulover Inlet which was a nice surprise to watch all of the boats come and go. Wonderful food too- Thank you Lucio and everyone such a lovely stay!

Sadly, we ended today our probably best holiday ever in the Ritz Carlton Bal Harbour in Miami. We stayed there for two weeks and could not be thankful enough to all the amazing people who helped us during our stay there. From the people at the front desk, housekeeping personnel, the gentleman at the door always welcoming us and helping every single day, and personnel at the restaurant, at the pool, and the beach, always with a smile on their faces beside the 100 degrees. The room, a one-bedroom suite, was our home for these amazing 14 nights and was incredible. Thank you, Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, for making us feel at home and like family. Will be back soon. We are on the plane back to Boston and feeling so sad. Special thanks to Maria. We will miss you so much!

We enjoyed the pool very much. We would definitely recommend for the day and we will be visiting again. Sandro with SplashPong at the pool as part of the activities was so fun! He was very entertaining and made the activity fun. The service, drinks, and atmosphere were great!

Nous avons pris un pass day via ressort pass|Le temps n était pas propice nous avons donc voulu décalé la veille car il nous était proposé d annuler gratuitement jusqu'à la veille du pass day|Nous avons donc eu une personne de l hôtel au tel qui nous a dit qu il allait le faire sans souci et qu il nous rappelait pour valider la date.|Sans aucun apl nous avons rappeler le lendemain 9h|Idem aucun.souci on vous rappelle de suite ||Vers 10h nous les recontactons pour bien valider la nouvelle date le temps étant pluvieux et même orageux , cette fois on nous informe que ce n est pas possible de modifier et qu il faut passer par ressort pass.|Bien sur je ne peux plus annuler vu que je suis hors délai alors que j aurai pu le faire la veille. ||Cette fois je fais un mail à ressort pass qui me dit que je dois payer 85 euros pour modifier la date ||Entre temps nous nous sommes déplacé donc 50 euro de uber car c est dans Le nord de miami beach et nous sommes sur brickell.|Il pleut l hôtel est très moche enfin les extérieurs ne ressemblent pas du tout à la photo côté pisicine, et la plage n en parlant pas !|Une honte nous sommes donc restés 5 min et repartis ||A fuir !!! |Que ce soit la plate-forme de ressort pass ou cet hôtel||Peut être que si le temps avait été meilleur j aurai trouvé l hôtel plus joli et bien raté |Ils ont voulu que je vienne voilà le résultat 150 euros de perdu ||Gardez votre argent ||A bon entendeur

Room was AMAZING (2 bedroom suite: 1 king, 2 queen - harbour/ hotel entrance corner view). The comfort of the beds and pillows were definitely lacking. The pillows were feathered and extremely flat. The bed was hard and felt like you were sleeping on a hammock. Service was IMPECCABLE! Food was good...steaks were overcooked by A LOT (requested medium rare - cool to warm red center, got well done - dark gray center). Plan on drinks being $18-$35 each with an average of $25. Breakfast for 4 (2 kids) ran around $200+, lunch around $250, and dinners around $400.
