This was our second visit to the Rittenhouse. Both times, we were delighted by the kind attentions of the staff. They seemed eager to make every moment of our stay perfect. For example, we asked one employee which hotel bar he recommended. When we said we were going to drop off our coats, he offered to take them to our room himself. This is illustrative of the quality of attentivenesd of every staff member with whom we interacted.
This was a perfect getaway. The hotel was grand and the views looking out on park two intention to just relax and take it all in. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy the “locals”, access to all types of art, fine dining and to be catered to, then this is the place. Also convenient access to all means of city transportation.
This hotel is beautiful! My daughters and I went for a spa weekend. The spa was great! We used the pool, and steam room, and had 90 minute massages. Every single staff member we encountered was cheery and helpful. Hotel is also in a GREAT location!
This is a lovely hotel in the middle of a busy city. We enjoyed the quality of the furnishings and bathroom and the quality of the staff. Our stay exceeded expectations. It is a pricey option in Philadelphia and we were not disappointed. Our room was quiet with a view of the park and our experience was very good.
A truly exceptional hotel, with a staff determined to make our stay memorable, relaxing, and inviting. The large breakfast that we ordered was delivered at the time that we selected (on the dot) and perfectly prepared. Also, our room was both well-appointed and large. We look forward to returning. A world-class experience.
This is the first time staying at a 5 star hotel and I can definitely tell the difference!||Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. It's such a little thing but getting called by your name really does make for a more personalized experience.||We had breakfast at Lacroix and the food was really good. That was expected. What impressed me was the way the staff went above and beyond. I asked them to take a picture of us and not only did the waiter did so, he did so several times and really made sure he got the right picture. My son asked for orange juice to be poured in a wine glass and it was done. It really was fantastic.||The only person I remember was Coco who took my call early in the morning when I asked for a late checkout. She really made me feel taken care off and important.||Will definitely come back! Very Impressed!
As a professional who works with universities, I don't often stay in 5-star properties, so this was extra special. The delight is in the details and the people at The Rittenhouse. From the staff (especially the concierge team) to the food, luxurious rooms, and I can't overlook mentioning the fluffiest towels I have ever felt! this hotel deserves every award. I very much look forward to my next visit in May when I am going to schedule extra time for the spa!
Feel like the rooms are pretty outdated, but still pleasant. The location is of course fantastic, and the service is great however, my partner had a horrible headache and it was late at night, too late to get dressed and walking the city to look for a 7-Eleven, So he called down to the front desk to see if they had any Tylenol Advil and to our surprise they did not. That seems like something I high class and expensive hotel would have available to their guests.

I booked a queen room with city view. Was upgraded to a king upon check in, great! Not great: the view was an apartment building. The bed was so hard and stiff that we woke up sore and not well rested. The room was so stifling hot that we had to use

Great place to work! I easily got a table and set up my computer to work for about half an hour. There was a large group there at the time so it was a bit loud but manageable as I was far enough to tune them out and the group wasn't too loud. I espec
