This is a GL Home Community which from my experience is always a solidly developed. As I expected, the value and presentation were top notch. My associate and I from Ellis and Company Real Estate were very happy.

Love this Development. Very well maintained. Great clubhouse with the best community pool around and other activities for kids.

I want to live here! This community is a great neighborhood for anyone looking to enjoy themselves, any day of the week!

Beautiful homes, beautiful scenery. Just stopped in to see someone and took forever to get through the guest access. If you make more money than you actually deserve - or you're spending daddy's money - and you prefer over-the-top security, then this is your place!

When my wife and I came to look at the model homes there we were greeted professionally by the lady at the front desk. She explained everything to us and we went on our way. The model homes were lovely and two of them caught our interest. When we came back that was when we weren't taken seriously and nothing was explained to us in detail how it works. The lady gave us a packet and sent us on our way?? A couple of weeks later I emailed this lady asking certain questions concerning the particular home we were interested in and once again blown off and not answered?? Besides the homes being lovely ; the staff needs a few classes on professionalism !

Great staff. Very helpful and friendly. My wife and I looked everywhere in the Wesley Chapel area for about a year before we decided to pull the trigger with Carmen and Becky. Celine, their in-house designer helped us pick and match the perfect upgrades. Construction on our home has started and all our inspections have been problem free and impressive.
