The Residency Suites - Sugar Land - Motel in Sugar Land - 11950 S Texas 6, USA

We booked our room for two nights and when I went to register when we arrived I had forgotten to request a ground floor room for my wife. They were more than happy to move us and did so with a smile on their faces. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. It’s less than 5 minutes from the hospital so it was very convenient for us. The rooms were nice and comfortable and big. I recommend staying here for price and great service and nice rooms.

Fantastic Stay at The Residency Suites, Sugarland Houston had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the level of service and quality of the accommodations.The room was spacious, well-decorated, and exceptionally clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a busy day. The room also included all the necessary amenities, such as a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker, which added to the convenience and comfort of my stay... I highly recommend this motel to anyone visiting the Sugarland, Houston area, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

A very clean, nice hotel . AC worked very well, wifi was strong, clean bathroom ,rooms had an small office desk, kitchen area too. For such an affordable price ,this hotel was a pleasant stay. Over all, the customer service was very good . Thanks a lot for making my stay easy and comfy.

We checked in and the room seemed like it wasn't cleaned. They put us in another room and it was also dirty. We left after being told to call Expedia to get the refund, but when Expedia called they refused the refund, even though they said we would be able to get a refund.

4.5 rating is way too high. If you're solo and just need a place to stay for the night, this place is fine. However if you have any little kids, I would not recommend this place. Floors are very dirty, hairs in bed, and detailed cleaning just isn't there. I think 3 stars is appropriate

Therooms are always available, affordable and clean! My boyfriend and I are regular guests here, Lisa the wonderful lady in the office is absolutely amazing and very careismatic and very kind. Every time my boyfriend and I come here, she always gives us a positive experience and a smile.
